We finally arrived at Alex's house. I knocked on the wooden door, waiting for someone to open it. "Hey Summer!" John, one of my friends, said. "Hey John! I haven't seen you in a while!" I gave him a warm hug.

He let us in the house and to the backyard where the pool was located at. "Hey guys!" I smiled. Everyone's head snapped in my direction and I was soon covered in hugs.

"Oh my god you're here!" David said. He's also one of my close friends. "I also brought a friend. This is Steven. Steven this is Alex, John, David and Tony."

Steven and the guys did that weird handshake boys do nowadays. I placed my towel on the chair near by me along with my phone and sunglasses. I jumped in the pool, feeling the coldness hit my skin.

The boys jumped in as well. The water splashed on my face causing me to laugh. We played Marco Polo, Tag, and Volleyball. Alex had one of those volleyball courts that were meant to use in water.

It was now 5:30 pm and the sun was setting, turning into a orange and purple color. Alex, John, David and Tony were inside playing video games.
"Are you sure you don't want to go in and hang out with them?" I asked.

"I'd rather hang out with you." Steven smiled. I felt my cheeks heat up."Can you pass me my towel. It's right next to you." I wrapped it around my body. I shivered as the wind hit me, sending goosebumps all over my skin. Steven wrapped him arms around me, which made me a bit warmer. We stared into the sunset until it was over.

"Let head inside yeah?" Steven suggested. I nodded following his lead. "We're about to play truth or dare. Wanna join?" David asked, looking at me up and down. Did I ever mention that he've always had a huge crush on me? Well, now I did.

"Yeah, let me get a drink first." I opened the refrigerator and got a water bottle. I sat down between Steven and Alex.

"John. Truth or Dare?" Alex smirked. "Ummm.. Truth?" Alex and David groaned. I'm guessing John always picked truth. "Is it true that you ran outside naked?" He laughed.

"It was a dare! And that was so long ago!" John crossed his arms over his chest causing me to laugh. "David. Truth or Dare?"

"Dare."

"I dare you to lick a bar of soap."

"What?! No!"

"Do it or I'll push you in the pool."

David groaned, rolling his eyes and stood up. Minutes later he came back with a white piece of soap. He took in a deep breath and quickly licked it. He threw the soap on the other side of the room and dashed to the bathroom to rinse his mouth.

He came back with a disgusted look in his face. "Umm.. Alex. Truth or dare?"

"Dare."

"I dare you to go in the closet and make out Summer."

Steven's POV

My heart dropped when I heard those words. I looked at Summer and she was giggling. Alex got up, helping her up as well and lead her to the closet. I couldn't help but felt jealousy inside of me. I wanted to take his hands off of her and replace his with mine. I wanted to hold her by the waist and kiss her. I wanted her to be mine. But I couldn't make that happen.

Omg my cousins met Steven yesterday without me😭 But hopefully one day I'll meet him.
