Surrounded by blue and yellow, Eva was beginning to regret her decision to accompany Parker to the Tourney match. Perfect princes and prissy princesses were born with abnormal amounts of pep - a fact she well knew - but she hadn't fully understood how seriously they took school spirit until know. Even Parker, seated next to her in the stands, had forgone his usual green for a dazzling yellow shirt. She winced as those around her cheered for the hundredth time. Glancing down at her dress, she hated the fact that it looked as if she were partaking in the festivities. Instead of focusing on the game, she began wondering how she'd look in the colour red.

Sporting events were of little interest to the introverted girl (who only ran after she had done something wicked), and so the only reason she was looking at the field was because her boys were on it. Jay was hard to miss with his towering frame and competitive nature. Carlos was hiding on the bench. At a loss as to what was going on, she spent the majority of the game listening to Parker's witty commentary, which made the whole thing that much more interesting.

Snorting at an inappropriate joke her friend had made, Eva clapped a hand over her mouth in horror. She waited for the blow to come before remembering that her mother wasn't there. Parker's smile fell slightly but he didn't comment on what had just occurred, instead he pointed out that Jay and Carlos were being called onto the field. Gaze fixed solely on the players (and not on the heavy weight of her friend's stare), the blue-haired girl shrieked in joy when Jay got hold of the ball. In a rare show of teamwork, Jay passed the ball to Ben who launched it into the net just before the timer sounded.

"We won!" Parker whooped, slinging an arm around the VK's shoulders in glee.

Taken aback by the physical contact, Eva was unsure whether to recoil from it or to enjoy it. She only ever received hugs from her sister and occasionally Carlos. She wasn't used to be touched unless there was pain following behind it. Parker felt her tense beneath his arm and casually removed it. He was careful to keep the smile on his face as he looked at her. He couldn't let anything from her past phase him. He wouldn't let her shut herself off from him. If he had learned anything these past few days, it was that Eva Grimhilde needed someone to break down her walls, and teach her that life was worth living as carefree as possible.

"Excuse me. Can I have your attention, please?" Prince Ben asked, breaking the eye contact between the HK and the VK. He had stolen the microphone from the Announcer. "There's something I'd like to say. Give me an M!"

"M!" The crowd yelled back, confusion rippling amongst them. Eva stared at their cheer in disgust.

"Give me an A!"

"A!" Parker had regained his wits and was now cheering enthusiastically with the crowd.

"Give me an L!"
