~Violet's POV~
When I woke up I had my arms around Nick's stomach and my head laying on his chest with his arm holding me there. All of the sudden I felt a sharp pain go throughout my body. I let out a scream of pain causing Nick to jolt up really fast. He looked at me, "Are you ok?? What's wrong??", he said as I shrugged. "I don't know... it just hurts...", I said as he continued to look at me. "Where?", he asked, full of concern. "Everywhere... but the source is coming from my back...", I said as the pain continued. "Let me take a look.", he said as I nodded. He helped me sit up and then took my shirt off. He didn't say anything. "Nick, what is it?", I asked as he sighed. "I have no idea... there are a bunch of dark red vein looking things.", he said as I cried out in pain again. "Oh my god.... they're spreading...", he said as he studied them. He brushed his fingers over them and I jumped. "Nick, it hurts...", I said as he helped me put my shirt back on and he turned me to face him. "I'm going to find an antidote, I promise. I just got you back and I'm not going to lose you.", he said as I nodded. He pulled me into a hug. "Stay here. I'm going to go see your aunt. Maybe she knows something about this.", he said as I nodded. I laid back down as he got up. He threw on a shirt. He kissed me on the forehead and then left.
~Ninko's POV~
I was making coffee when I heard a knock on the door. I walked over to the front door and opened it. It was Nick. "....Ninko.... it's about Violet again...", he said as I sighed and allowed him to come in. "What's wrong?", I asked as he sighed. "I'm not really sure. Everything was fine last night, but I woke up to her screaming in pain. I checked her back and there are these dark red vein things spreading over her back. The root of them is where she got shot. He did mention something about her dying whether we left or not.", he said as I looked at him. "Let me come look at it.", I said as he nodded. When we got into his bedroom Violet was snuggled in his blankets, sweating. I walked over to her and put my hand on her forehead. "She's burning up.", I said as Nick ran over. "Violet, sweetheart, how are you feeling?", I asked as she opened her eyes and looked at me. She smiled, "mom? Mom! You're back! How are you back? Is dad and Emma back too?!" I sighed, "this is worse than I thought." I pulled up her shirt and looked at her back. "They somehow mixed witch cruid into the tranquilizer...", I said as Nick looked at me. "How do we save her?...", he asked as I shook my head. "I'm not sure... they shouldn't be spreading this fast... it's supposed to take four days... why are they spreading so fast...", I said as I studied them. I traced my fingers over them causing Violet to flinch. She let out another cry of pain as the veins spread even more. "We have to work fast. She won't last the night.", I said as Nick nodded, "I'll get the others... you just worry about keeping her body temperature down. I'll call you if we need anything, Nick." I got up and left. I texted the others and told them to meet me at the safehouse. When I got there they were already there. "What's wrong?", Adam asked as I sighed, "and where is Nick?" "Something is wrong with Violet. The people that took her were able to mix witch cruid with tranquilizer. When they shot Violet the witch cruid got in her system. It's killing her and we don't have much time. Nick stayed back home to take care of her. We need to figure out an antidote. She won't last the night, so let's do this fast. You guys check the books here and I'll check the ones at my house. Call if you find anything.", I said as they all nodded and I left. I knew exactly what I had to do. I went back to where the boat where the terrible accident happened sixteen years ago. "Come on out, Sébastien. I know you're in here. We need to talk.", I said as I heard footsteps. "Hello Ninko. You still look as gorgeous as you did thirteen years ago.", he said as I rolled my eyes. "I didn't come here for you charm, Sébastien.", I said as he laughed. "You used to love my charm, my darling.", he said as I glared at him. "You know what I came here for.", I said as he smiled. "Oh yes the antidote for your niece... yeah sorry but I'm kind of ou-", I cut him off. "Don't play with me, Sébastien. I'm not in the mood.", I warned as he laughed. "Fine. Take it. I need her alive anyway.", he said as he threw me a small bottle of blue liquid. I went to leave, but he stopped me. "There hasn't been a day that has gone by where I haven't thought of you. I miss you, Ninko.", he said as I looked at him. I rolled my eyes and then left. I went straight to Nick's house. When I got into the bedroom he ran over to me. "She's getting worse! We need to hurry!", he said as I nodded. I ran over to the bed, "sit her up." He did as I told him and sat her up. I opened her mouth and forced her to drink the serum. We waited for a few minutes and she opened her eyes. "Nick?... Aunt Ninko?...", she said as I smiled. "It's ok, sweetheart. You're safe now.", I said as she nodded. "I have to go tell the others.", I looked at Nick, "take care of her." He nodded and I left.
~Violet's POV~
"Thank you for taking care of me today and saving me.", I said as I stood up and walked over to Nick. He turned around and faced me. He smiled, but then frowned. "I'm going to disappoint you, Violet. You deserve better.", he said as I shook my head. "You could never disappoint me...", I said as I kissed him passionately, "I love you so much and no matter what I always will."

FanfictionThis is a Nick Armstrong fanfic because I absolutely love him! He definitely deserved more screen time. He was by far my favorite character and I cried when he died both times. It was so sad. I wish this show would of came out with a second season...
