Once again, her plans were forced to change. While the others were to be away on their internships, she was going to stay back and work on her extra classes. Quirk studies with Mei. Medical situations with Recovery Girl. Even Lunch Rush offered to spend more time with her to incorporate her oral medicines into food.
But now, she was to spend her own time on her own internship. Yay...
The distance to Mirko's apartment was bound to be a long one. Having to board the train bright and early for a near six hour train ride. A time where she would still be at home and in her pajamas for another hour. Safe and warm in her home that was filled with sweet scents of flowers and sugary baked goods.
Not on the after train that still held the body odors from the earlier riders. At least she had her mask and decent company.
"I'm so excited!" Kirishima shouted, just barely able to contain himself in his seat. Much to everyones surprise, he had been the only other student in the class to have his internship in Hiroshima. Even more surprising was Aizawa putting him in charge of the girl getting there in one piece. "Also why are you wearing that mask..."
"The smells on trains bother me." [Y/n] answered. The mask in question was white in color and decorated with intricate flower patterns. Now, this wouldn't be seen as out of the ordinary if it wasn't similar to that of plague doctors mask.
"But why does it-"
"The design keeps the creeps away." She answered, reaching into her bag, she pulled out a cassette player. Followed by a pair of headphones. "Not many want to approach someone with a mask well known during a time of death and sickness."
Patting her uniform for a moment, she reached into her blazer. Pulling out a single cassette tape. She popped it within the player before clicking the start button. Almost immediately did her head began to droop. The flowers in her head coming to fall shut.
"Kirishima." She yawned, causing the boy to stiffen. "Can I trust you to wake me up when we arrive at Hiroshima?"
"Of course!" He defended, with a boastful expression. "You can trust me!" The girl gave him a blank stare through the mask, before falling into his side head first. Causing him to stiffen in surprise.
