The moment Yeongja entered her home, there stood her mother, waiting at the door.

"Uh, hi." Yeongja spoke hesitantly, raising a hand.

Yeona walked towards her daughter with folded arms and the blankest look on her face, her heels clicking against the floor, "Who was that you were with?" The older woman asked when she was only a few steps away from her child, ignoring her greeting.

Yeongja glanced at the door behind her, "Uhm, he's just from school." Yeongja answered, "I know I'm a bit late and I-" Yeongja added as she went to check her phone's time, but she was soon cut off.

"Name." Yeona demanded.

The youngest Kim's eyes went wide and she frowned.

Yeona let out an impaitent sigh, "What's the boy's name, Yeongja?"

The pink haired swallowed, "H-Han Seojun."

"I thought so." Yeona said and then she began walking away from her daughter and towards the diningroom, "Come, it's time for you to go over your day with us." She said, not bothering to look back to see if Yeongja was following her.

If the teenager wasn't already confused about the coversation before, she certainly was now.

Mom knows Han Seojun?

Yeongja went after her mother with her head hanging down, "Hi, Father. Hi, Daeun." She greeted quietly as she enter the room, bowing. She shrugged her bookbag off of her shoulders as she pulled out a seat and placing her bag onto the floor as she sat down.

"Now, tell us about your day and how you managed to get Han Seojun to walk you home." Yeona emphasized.

"I didn't. Well, he just offered. I didn't ask or anything." Yeongja said, truthfully. "There was...A lot happened at school and Han Seojun...he felt bad and offered to walk me home."

"And where do you fit into all of this?" Gyeonggu questioned, leaning back in his chair with a curious look on his face.

"Umm...I was slightly in the middle of it, I  guess." Yeongja drawled out. "It was nothing, really. Just...a misunderstanding." The pink haired girl worded carefully, not wanting to let her parents know the exact situation.
