It was a cold December evening. It was snowing and there were no people in the streets. David and (Y/N) were sitting in their flat playing cards. (Y/N) was glad that Roger had let the boys leave early. She really didn't like spending such evenings alone. However, her good mood quickly faded when it became clear that David was a far better opponent than she had expected.

"You're cheating!" yelled (Y/N) scattering all her cards. "You won ten times! It's impossible!"

"Love, you just have to come to terms with fact, that I'm better in cards than you." said David, shaking his head. (Y/N) gave him murder look and David laughed.

"It isn't fair! You can do everything without much effort." (Y/N) sighed.

"The world isn't fair, (Y/N). You can't always get what you want." Her husband said with calm.

"I know, but it's depressing, when you're trying, but still fail." (Y/N) looked away with evident sorrow.

"Don't worry, love. There are lot of things I can't do too." David grabbed her hand, trying to get her attention.

"It's hard to believe. You're one of the most talented people, I've ever met. Can you find any example, because I can't?" muttered (Y/N).

"Well..." David started "For example I can't cook. I don't know, what would I do without your cooking skills. If you still don't believe, do you remember, when I burnt water for tea? To leave no doubt, I can demonstrate." He smiled sweetly, making his wife laughing. David always can made her day more pleasant.

"No, I think it isn't necessary" (Y/N) looked at his beautiful face. She still can't understood, why he chose her from so many girls. She had big luck.

"Are you sure? It isn't big problem." argued David

"I know, but still don't think it's good idea." (Y/N) stood up and kissed her husband. "Actually do you want to drink some tea?"

"You're cruel" David moved away with feigned dissatisfaction.

"I love you too, Dave." She kissed his cheek. "So Earl Grey without any sugar, right?"

"Yes. You know me so well, (Y/N)." David nodded. In his blue eyes she saw pure happiness. Her heart beat faster. He was the best thing, that happened to her.

"What kind of wife I would be if I didn't know what kind of tea you like?"(Y/N) asked rhetorically.

"Just as wonderful as now, but doesn't knowing what kind of tea I like." David winked, which made (Y/N) blush. He started to kiss her all over her face. As a response (Y/N) stroked his long hair.

"So I can forget it and you won't mind?" she asked with curiosity?

"Yes, but if you remember you don' have to change it. But if we talk about it, you can forget about tea, Mrs Gilmour. I think we don't need it." David stated flirty voice.

"And what you want to do instead of that, Mr. Gilmour?" asked (Y/N), knowing an answer.

"We can always play cards!" yelled delighted David. (Y/N) moaned in displeasure. "Or maybe no... I've got a better idea. And I think you'll like it as much as me" He said before he kissed her.

(Y/N) couldn't deny - it was really nice evening.
