(B/F/N) – best friend name

(Y/N) was sitting in your house's garden. She waited for Nick, who was about to return from work. She couldn't focus on nothing, so she decided to spend some time outside. The sun was shining brightly in the sky and gentle gusts of wind blew her hair away. (Y/N) planed to read book, but she finally gave up the idea. She just couldn't stop think about her boyfriend. Trying to find occupation she looked at rings on her left hand. They shone in the sun rays, which made them seemed little stars. She had only four rings; for every ring one finger. When she was looking at them, she couldn't help wallowing in the memories.

First, quite a large, gold signet ring, was on her thumb. Nick bought it to her, while he was in the USA. She remembered, that when they talked after his concerts, he was telling her about little surprise, he bought for her. When he came back, during their after tour traditional date he gave it to her. She still heard the words that he said, while he was giving it. He told that's something special as her.

'It's big as your kindness and gold as your heart. And I think it's fits to you perfectly. Exactly as you're perfect, honey'.

When she thought about it, she felt only love and happiness. That was so nice by Nick's side. While she was thinking about things like that, she knew he's only right person for her.

Second, copper ring, one on her forefinger, was given her by hers best friend from primary school, (B/F/N). They were really close to each other. They trusted each other very much and always shared every secret. However everything had changed, when (B/F/N) left. Her father started work in other country so she had to move a house. As a keepsake she gave (Y/N) this ring. She told her she found it in her sister's old things and it recalled her about (Y/N). Although (Y/N) thought that their friendship could last every distant, very fast turned on, that they found new friends. Contact has broken down, but she still remembered about her. In fact, (B/F/N) was very important piece of her childhood.

Third, metal ring with artificial diamond, she get from old fortune-teller. As a 19 years old bird, she went to the Summer Fest. There was a stand where a women gave advice on love. She has never had boyfriend before, so one of her acquaintances, Mollie, encouraged her to go to the fortune-teller. Old woman told her something about zodiac signs and things like that and the gave her ring, which should 'lead' her to the love of her life. She didn't want to believe, but four months later she met Nick. When (Y/N) met him, she started to understood power of love. He was the best person she has ever met. So funny, tender, nice, kind, helpful and optimistic; just perfect. (Y/N) has never been superstitious, she still thought that was only coincidence, but this ring was something that she wanted to have. Just to be sure. Only as a symbol of their happy relationship.

On the ring finger she hasn't got any ring. It still waited for one which, as she hoped, get from Nick.

Last ring shined on her little finger, was really inconspicuous, small silver wedding ring. It was a gift from her grandmother. At her 11th birthday her grandma gave it to her. She said that's family keepsake. Her grandma told her a story about it. Apparently her great grandmother got it from her future husband.. It was important, cause it was only thing great grandfather left for his wife, when he died in train accident. It was also very valuable, because it was made from best quality silver.

At the end of the story her grandma told her, that it's symbol of real love and devotion. Then she advised to give it to somebody who will be the embodiment of these qualities. (Y/N) knew who's her biggest love, but didn't want to did it then. She knew it has to wait till the right moment.

She was pulled out of her thoughts by Nick's pleasant voice.

"(Y/N)! I returned. Where are you?" he yelled.

"Coming, honey" (Y/N) came to the house to see her boyfriend sitting in the chair. He was looking through today's newspaper. When he saw his girlfriend he walked up to her and placed a gentle kiss on her lips.

"Hi, beauty. How are you?" he whispered tenderly.

"Hi, honey. Fine, but I couldn't wait to see you. Why did you come so late?"

"Well, I had to do something in the city." he smiled cute. "Actually, do you want to go on date? I feel guilty, cause I don't give you enough time. I want to make it up to you." He seemed a little upset by this fact.

"I know, now everything is so crazy. Don't feel guilty; it isn't your fault. However I think the date is good plan. I want to spend some time just a two of us." (Y/N) winked flirty and he laughed.

"So we see in an hour? Remember about comfortable clothes. We're going somewhere, where elegant dress wouldn't be good choice." he grinned.

" Yes, I don't forget" (Y/N) replied and went upstairs to get ready.

She just couldn't wait to see, what Nick had planned for them.
