A/N:
Hi,
I know, I know, I haven't written much lately, it's probably my lack of motivation, inspiration and such, but let's be honest - I couldn't forget this holiday of hearts, cupids and the commercialisation of love. It's a bit like preferences, but also a little thing I decided to add. So, here's a Valentine's Day chapter, I hope you enjoy.

How you spend your Valentine's Day?
David:
Your boyfriend woke you up with kisses all over your face to tell you he made you breakfast for bed. You and David spent the whole morning in bed as he kept dropping some hints about his great love that you couldn't understand and, of course, a mass of compliments that made you blush terribly. When you finally got out of bed it was already lunchtime, so you cooked something together and then spent the rest of the day in your flat singing to music and flirting a little. Eventually David's intentions came out in the evening when he took you on a romantic walk and proposed to you there, and although you thought it was the height of his cheesiness, you thought it was really cute and couldn't say no to him.
Roger:
Roger has always reproached Valentine's Day for its commercialism, but he nevertheless decided that for your enjoyment he could celebrate the day somehow. In his style, however, he didn't tell you about his plans, so when you saw his face in the morning it was a pleasant surprise. Your fiancé, if he was already planning something, did it with aplomb, so a candlelit dinner in an expensive restaurant was to be expected, but you loved everything he did anyway, because you knew that such romantic things were completely out of his cup of tea. He, however, was of a different opinion - he kept telling you that you deserved the best of everything, which only reassured you that he was the best person to spend not just Valentine's Day, but every day of your life with.
Nick:
Your husband had actually already planned the whole day, but all his plans were in ruins when it became apparent that the band would not be returning from their tour that day. However, Nick wasn't going to give up - he decided that you were going to have a great day whether he was there or not. He concluded that he could, after all, profess his love to you even from another city - from 11am. he called at every equal hour to give you some reason why he loved you very much. At 9pm. he didn't call and you thought it was over for today, but when an hour later you heard a knock on the door and then saw him at the door with a bouquet of flowers, you couldn't contain your joy. That was the last of his reasons: for you, it always made sense to come home. Even though, tomorrow he had to go back on the road this evening was left just for you, to spend the rest of that day together.
Rick:
Rick liked Valentine's Day, even if in his mind every day was a good opportunity to prove his love to you. It was your first Valentine's Day as a married couple and also your fifth relationship anniversary, so you decided to do something that would give you a really good, memorable time. It fell on board games. Maybe a bit cliché and childish, but you guys really enjoyed it. Finally, when the board games were over, Rick brought out something that you had been creating together since you started meeting - a memory jar into which you wrote down various events from those five years on little date cards. You would draw one at a time, reminiscing and laughing about the old, fun days. At the end of the day you both lay down on the sofa, you in his embrace, to watch old romantic comedies and just enjoy each other's company.
Syd:
This is your first Valentine's Day with Syd, who, being the romantic type, decided to do it all with the sweetness due to the holiday. And I mean that literally - he left you in your letterbox, a beautiful declaration of love, he was even tempted to make a funny rhyme and some drawings depicting you. And there was something else - an invitation to join him for afternoon tea. You didn't know what to expect, but you went and, against your expectations, he prepared a real tea party for you. Soft music was playing in the background as he poured you tea from an ornate pot into a pretty cup. He treated you to heart-shaped biscuits he had baked himself. Your little afternoon tea ended with you dancing to one of the romantic songs. That was also when you said "I love you" to each other for the first time, so this day is forever etched in your memory.
