"Let's go get some food. I'm hungry." He nods and I put out my hand to help him up, and then interlace my fingers with him and drag him downstairs to the table. I eat some chips and see there's some pizza and take a slice. Someone calls for Dominic and he goes to say hi. I lean against the wall and eat my pizza. I turn to the table to put some more chips onto my plate and munch away.
"Hey Nat." My body freezes and my jaw clenches. I turn around and meet Daniel's gaze, the gaze that was checking me out a second ago and looking at my tits and face.
"What do you want, Daniel." My tone is cold and dry. My face is in a very obvious frown, he knows I don't want to talk to him but he still insists.
"I just wanted to say how sorry-" he blurts out and I immediately interrupt with my finger.
"Don't you dare fucking apologize. Your apology means nothing to me." He scoffs.
"Look Nat, I made a mistake baby. I was thinking about you every second." I close my eyes and try to take a deep breath not wanting to explode and make a scene.
"Don't call me baby." I clench my jaw even more and open my eyes and see Dominic staring at me with murder in his eyes. I try telling him with my eyes to help and he comes right away.
"Is everything okay here?" Dominic asks while looking into Daniel's eyes with so much rage. Daniel is tall, but standing next to Dominic he seems so small and little. Daniel scoffs and rolls his eyes, he looks at me then looks at him.
"So what? Are you two a thing?" he asks angrily.
"It doesn't concern you." I aggressively blurt out, narrowing my eyes at him.
He rolls his eyes and takes a sip of his drink. "You know Nat, being with you was such a waste of time." My mouth drops open and I suddenly can't breathe anymore. Daniel takes a step toward me, "I'm so glad I fucked someone else other then your annoying ass."
I blink and immediately see Dominic throw himself at Daniel, throwing punches and yelling words I couldn't properly hear. The crowd rushes to Dom and Dan, two guys try taking Dominc off him but he wouldn't budge.
"Dominic!" I yell and he immediately looks back. "Leave it." I'm on the edge of tears and he lets go of Daniel.
"Get the fuck out of here!" He yells at Dan and looks back at me rushing to me and cradling my face.
"Are you okay?" He keeps repeating and repeating and I keep nodding and nodding. I give him a kiss and let a teardrop down my cheek. I smile at him and give him a stare basically saying thank you. He kisses my forehead and brings me into him and hugs me. Emily and Adrian rush to me.
"Oh my god Nat are you okay?" Emily says with concern covering her face. I nod and laugh to let her know I'm okay. Adrian smiles at Dom and puts his fist for a fist bump.
"Thank fuck someone finally did it." Dominic chuckles and fists bumps him back without letting go of me. Hmm so warm and nice.
"Alright, well we're gonna head home." Dominic says to my friends and nudges me to the exit, everyone's eyes on him. His arm wrapped around my shoulder guiding me out the door, and some guys and girls nodded at us basically thanking Dom for finally beating Daniel up. I hold Dominic's hand and he holds open the door for me.
"Thank you, thank you, thank you." I say excitedly to him and hug him tighter and smile wider. He chuckles and gives me a kiss on my cheek. He walks me to my dorms and he holds me the whole time till we arrive.
"Here we are." I say awkwardly.
"Here we are." He repeats, not wanting to let go of me. I look at him with so much appreciation and care. I almost cry about how much I appreciate him. "Hey, what's wrong?" he moves some hair out of my face.
I smile, "Nothing, nothing at all." A tear falls down my cheek. "I'm just so happy." He traces my jaw and cheekbones and smiles, I then melt into his palm and close my eyes. The last person I ever expected to smile at me or like me, is now the person who makes me so happy. I want to ask him to come inside my dorm and just cuddle with me or I don't know how to do some other things to me.
I'm exhausted, so not today but universe please, please, make it soon. I smile at him and give him a goodbye kiss and enter my dorm not closing the door just yet. "I want to see you soon." I say desperately hoping we both aren't busy this week or the weeks after.
"If I don't see you soon I think I'll lose my mind." He says with a little sarcasm in his voice. I chuckle and smile at him and he returns that beautiful, beautiful smile back.
"Bye Dominic."
