"Fine. You all have exactly one week to kill the gani, I'm not sure how you'll do it. I fear for all of you." the lady murmurs her last couple of sentences.

"How about for now? Can you or someone take the demon out of him now? Just temporarily." I ask rapidly hoping she wouldn't leave the room without answering my question.

"Kayla," she breaths out.

"You're an angel now. Think of all the things you can possibly do, then actually do them. Think. What are some things you are capable of doing. Because I've known your family for so long I will grant you the wish of Conner being normal, I'm not sure how long the spell will hold. But I'd get to work fast."

And with that she was gone.

Everyone began dissolving and soon my eyes were shut and I was in the complete darkness of my own mind.

My eyes shot open.

"Holy shit!" I shriek holding my head. There was a grand pain I had never felt before.

"Yeah when they suck you out of your head it hurts a little afterwards." I heard a voice next to me, my head turns see the red sneakers.

I shut my eyes throwing my head back.

"Thank you momma." I whisper.

I stand up quickly hugging him. "I'm getting that thing out of you." I whisper into Conner's shoulder.

"Kayla, go with Liam. Me and Scott will figure something out." Conner tries to detach me from him. But I grip tight.

"Alright. -- I'll go. But don't get yourself into any trouble." I say before letting go quickly.

I grin at him and rush out trying to find Liam. I run down the road of the clinic. Then I spotted him he was at a stop light probably heading towards me as well. I race fast towards him jumping directly into his arms.

"How does it finally feel?" I whisper out of breath. "I've always known." He responds placing his lips on mine delicately. "I'm sorry for ever fighting with you." Liam whispers leaning his forehead against mine. "I'm sorry too." His hands were around my waist. I smile digging my face into his neck.

"Liam," I look up at him, I wanted to enjoy the moment so much. But Conner was all I could think about. God I finally wanted to be happy but something still stopped me. "I know, Conner needs you." Liam whispers placing his thumb on my cheek caressing it. "Go." He says softly kissing me one last time.

I smile up at him and walk past him rapidly needing to help Conner in any way I could.

I felt stupid for leaving Liam, but right now Conner needs me. One day Liam and I will be happy together. We'll have amazing memories but for now. I have to help my brother, I need to do it.

I walk up the clinic again seeing Scott talking to Conner and Ricky who was now walking around apparently. He looked revived with color as a matter of fact.

Conner grinned and so did Ricky it felt good to have us all together finally at once.

I walked in and they all looked at me.

"I thought I told you to go with your boo." Conner lectured.

"I know but I just -- I had to see you guys." I rush over hugging both of them at the same time.

"This calls for a day out, anywhere. Just us, let's spend some time together. I want to be with you guys." I urge.

I pull away looking up at both boys.

The chuckle and look at each other and shrug. "Why not." Ricky says.

I grin and jump up and down excitedly. I hadn't had a day with the two together ever.

it should be fun.

Scott tagged along with us as we walked everywhere in town. Ricky told his lame jokes and Conner somehow find each one hilarious. "You aren't funny!" I chuckle to myself making him look at me.

"You're right." He nods agreeing with me. "I'm hilarious baby." Conner laughs before Ricky could even finish his sentence. Conner could laugh at anything. Even the word diapers. Then he'd explain why it made him laugh, make no sense and figure out that it wasn't even funny in the first place.

But that was my favorite part about the boy. He always managed to hold that laugh with him.

Even when he got crazy.

"Popsicles!" I shriek looking at big sign. I was like a child on the loose when I saw candy or any type of sweets.

I walk into the ice cream shop quickly ordering a strawberry Popsicle, not even telling anybody where I had gone. Soon they gave me my Popsicle stick and I began to eat it exiting the shop. Outside I saw Scott Ricky and Conner standing there laughing to themselves.

"Want some?" I offer my stick giggling. Ricky made an odd face making Conner glance at him crazy like. We all burst out laughing.

"I call picture!" I yell, posing next to Ricky's ridiculous face, Conner stood next to me and made the crazy face as Scott snapped the picture.

I laughed looking at how stupid we all looked.

It was a good day to finally be together.

I felt happy.

I felt complete.

I felt calm.
