"extra special won't I ;))"

Calum POV

I was already missing her face, her hair that fell so gracefully, and that dress that complimented every inch of her body. It was 12pm the next day, the day after me and Anna shared our kiss on the balcony. I can't lie it reminded of me of some Shakespearean love story. That's what I'd want with her if I was to be completely honest. No secrets. No guilt. Just a straight forward, natural relationship.

I caught a whiff of bacon drifting upstairs into mine and Daisy's room. I put some boxers on and headed downstairs. I saw Daisy leaning against the counter, wanting to entice me. Wanting to tease me. I felt nothing attracting me to her. In an attempt to stop her from this that I have to witness, I placed my hands on her waist, avoiding eye contact with her, and gently sliding her out of the way so I could continue cooking the bacon. "She's not even oiled the pan ffs" I muttered to myself.

"What was that, baby?" She asked. I must've said it louder than I thought.

"Nothing, go and get yourself ready, you've got a girls day today, remember?"

She nodded and took herself upstairs. Her phone was sitting on the counter and I glanced over at it to see a message from Anna. Making sure she was upstairs, I grabbed her phone and found Anna's messages. I didn't read them. I couldn't think of anything worse.

I went onto Anna's contact information and saw her phone number. I reached into my pocket and grabbed my phone out alongside it, so I could put her number into mine. After my little task was achieved, I placed her phone back on the counter and continued cooking.

Annas POV:

*1 New text message*

It was an unknown number. It read;

"Hiya, love."

My heart raced as I pondered as to who this was and how they had my number. I replied reluctantly, just a simple "Hello. Who's this may I ask?" And with that I had a response instantly.

"Oh it's the one and only Calum Hood, talking to a true darling."

Wowww Calum, how smooth.

"Oh hey, Calum. How did you get my number may I ask."

"I have my ways in working around Daisy ;))"

"Ew."

"Not in that way, get your mind out of the gutter. You're 17."

"Actually 18 in 5 days!"

"18!!! I'll have to make your present extra special then won't I ;)"

I ignored him after that, as I was called down for afternoon tea with my mum and dad. It was enjoyable, nice and sunny, good food and Daisy was able to eat with us too before she left.

"Hey. Daisy's out shopping with the girls, I'm kind of lonely. Wanna come over for a few hours?"

OOO SOMETHINGS HAPPENING!!

writers block is being such a pain and it's stressful but hopefully I get back into the flow of it. I have so many ideas for this story so I have some questions; would you prefer shorter chapters and the events spread out, or longer chapters with more details and maybe two or three events in a chapter every so often?
