"Anna?!"

"Anna?!"

I heard the buzz of my alarm clock still repeatedly going off and the shouts from my sister alerting me it's time to get up. Today was the day. My mum was about to have her coronation ceremony. I knew this day would happen, but i didn't know it would be so quickly after grandma died. My clothes were hung carefully on the wardrobe ready for today.

I wore a silk green dress, that trailed on the floor, but not too long, and  curled my brown locks that reached just above my chest. I placed my tiara on my head, like my sister. I found wearing a tiara odd as I was not my mother's blood child. I was adopted as a little baby because my parents died due to a severe weather incident- so I was told anyways, I don't remember them much. Anyways. I continued to prepare for the day and stepped down the stairs, holding onto the banister as i watched my parents, sister and her boyfriend stare in awe. There he was. My sisters boyfriend. The guy that totally didn't take me back to his place last night whilst I was drunk.

I stepped carefully down the stairs, making sure not to make a fool of myself in front of my entire family and a guy both me and my sister had slept with. She doesn't know that, and she doesn't need to.

"Wow honey, you look amazing." My mum told me, shooting a look to my dad as if he was to say something.

"Yeah, you look great." He said, I could see the tears forming in his eyes. It was sweet.

"Thank you!"

My eyes glanced over to Calum and my sister, Daisy, who both looked at me in admiration. Probably in different ways than the other, but it's okay.
