Avocardo and Feta mash on toast

If your like me and either have no time fpr breakfast or just cant be bothered Here is a ultimate healthy breakfast in a dash. It's a great way to have carbs, protein and half of your daily goodness in one quick easy meal.

You put 3/4 of an avocardo and feta amd a tablespoon of lemon juice in a bowl and smash it with a fork just enough to not have big lumps.
Then with your choice of bread make sure it's not too dark otherwise it's too crunch and not too toasted otherwise the bread Will go soggy.
Then slap your mixture on your bread and enjoy. You can always put another piece of toast on the top if your in a hurry and your on the go.

Enjoy this meal with a nice cold glass of water or juice. Preferable not milk as I find for myself milk is a bad morning choice for myself as it makes me queazy not long after I have breakfast after I start the day.

If your not too keen on feta and avocardo you can try tomato and cucumber or pineapple and ham or even eggs. It's your choice be ands creative as you want just stick with fruit, Veggies and cold meats.
