Did you know that juice has just as much sugar in it as soft drink? 🍷
Well it does. Make a conaious effort to try drinking water instead of juice and soft drink. You should be trying to drink at least 2 liters a day.😊
Annndddd drinking small mouthfuls more frequently.is better than a sculling huge amounts quickly. 💕
