Egg ,Avocardo and Tomato sandwich.

This is a great way to have a low carb and delicious sandwich.
You need:
1 toasted English muffin
1 large fried egg (not cooked in saturated oil try a little bit of olive oil or even cook in a non-stick pan)
2 or 3 slices of tomato
1/4 slices avocardo.

You should also have a side snack like an apple or a mandarin. Don't have a bananna because they are high in sugar.
