Haven't updated in a while so here's it is.

Workout for you butt!

- 10 hip raises
- 20 walking lunges (10 each leg)
- 20 pulse sumo squats
- 20 leg raises (10 each leg)
X3 each workout.

Do this workout 2-4 times each week to make that Booty have a nice defined shape!!

Remember: you won't get the ass you want bu sitting on it!! Have seen this quote everywhere but it's so true
