I was playing here in the backyard when I heard someone crying. I decided to follow the sound until I could get out of the gate of our house, when I saw a child crying on the side of the road.So I didn't hesitate to go to her and ask her why she's crying.

"Hi, why are you crying?" I ask while standing in front of her.

She looked up at me, I was amazed to see her blue eyes. Her eyes are captivating and she has angelic face with her thick eyebrows, pointed nose and her pinkish lips.

"I don't talk to stangers, get lost!" she yelled.

She's sassy, I'm just asking.

"I'm Maureen Elle." I mumbled.

I'm was drowning to her blue eyes the way she stared at me. Hell no what are you thinking Elle?

"I didn't ask." she nonchalantly said.

She's gorgeous pero ang pangit ng ugali.

"Tsk, taray." I whisper and rolled my eyes.

"What did you say!" she snort

She heard? Ang talas naman ng pandinig n'ya.

"Nothing."

"I'm not deaf, you're said that I'm mataray." she blurted out full of irration.

"You're filipino?" I ask confusedly.

"Isn't it obvios?" Ang taray hindi n'ya ba alam mas matanda ako sakanya I'm 9 years old na kaya.

"Bakit ba ang taray mo? Nagtatanong lang naman ako." I stated.

"Bakit ba tanong ka nang tanong, you're not journalists to ask me a question." She's matured the way she talk and act.

"Why are you crying?" kakasabi n'ya lang pero nagtatanong na naman ako.

"I'm not stranger, I'm Maureen Elle." I added, she rolled her eyes at me.

"My kuya and ate don't want to play with me 'cause I'm baby pa raw. I'm 6 na kaya tapos wala akong friends dito." she stated.

"I know how play their game but they don't want me to join." She's crying again my gosh..

She's so adorable

"Don't cry, I'm willing to be your friend slash playmate. If you want hmm?" pang aalo ko.

I was shock when she suddenly hug me.

"Is that okay to you? Kahit natarayan kita?" she mumble in soft tone voice.

She's unbelievable ang bilis magpalit ng emosyon n'ya.

"Of course, may I know your name?" I ask while caressing her back.

"I'm Xyra Lira, 6 years old and cute that's all thank you." I chuckles.

She's so adorable buti na lang hindi ko s'ya iniwan dito hindi pala s'ya sobrang taray.

She has a beautiful name like her. Her name suits to her.

Should I call her Lixy? Not that bad it's sounds cool.

I let go of the hug and face her.

"I want to call you Lixy instead your name, is that okay with you?" I stated and smiled at her.

"It's okay as long as you're comportable with that." she uttered I nodded at her as response.
