Kang Nari
Kang Nari's mind was in a daze as she walked through the empty halls of Shinhwa, trying to find a place to go to clear her mind. Geum Jandi had reassured her that she will leave the premises as instructed by Yoon Ji-hoo and will stay away for a while. Despite Nari's insistence on dropping her off at her house safely.
She truly needed a place where she can just go to clear her mind without anyone interrupting her. Clearing her mind in other words was just a place she can go to cry her heart out. It physically hurt her to keep her tears at bay. She certainly did not want to be seen walking around the halls of Shinhwa crying. Though she knew that her current appearance did not help her case either, but she could still hope to go unnoticed. Her appearance was disheveled, hair knotted, uniform crumbled up, dry tear streams on her face with her lips feeling dry, not to mention her burnt hands which had almost become numb at this point.
Her mind was completely zoned out as she walked like a ghost without a set destination. Her attention was only brought back to her surroundings as she crashed into someone. Letting out a muffled sound, she almost fell back on her behind when she felt a pair of arms wrap themselves around her waist, holding her from falling.
Looking up at the person, she felt shocked to find the face of Song Woobin staring down at her with an eyebrow raised. Seeing his face only brought back the harsh words of Gu Jun-Pyo from earlier. She felt anger burning in her chest as she looked up at him with a resentful expression.
He's from the F4, Kang Nari. They are all the same.
Gathering her strength, she pushed back at him with as much effort as she could muster up, ignoring the burning sensation in her hands. Woobin stepped forward to help her once again as she stumbled back a few steps. Nari let out her hand in stop motion, warning him to not take a step forward, her bloodshot eyes glaring at him in a warning. The sight of her empty wrist only made Nari feel more anxious as she sought to get away from Woobin as soon as possible.
She took a step forward with the intention of walking past him, yet she was caught by her elbows by Song Woobin and held in her place as he looked at her hands.
"You need to go to the infirmary." He said to her, looking at her in the eyes, the usual teasing look was missing from his eyes as he regarded with an emotion close to concern.
"It's none of your business." Kang Nari retorted. She struggled to get out of his grip, but her struggle only made his grip get stronger. She found herself saying these words quite often this day and she was tired of it. She wanted to be left alone. If she was in the right mind, she would have admitted that he was right, and that she should go to the infirmary to get her wounds treated but her reason was overcome with anger and sadness to notice anything else.
