Hi guys, sorry for the slow updates but I have the worst writers block, so if this chapter sucks ass than I apologize ahead of time. Also, this chapter is long over due and should have came around earlier in the story, so I'll just have to fit it in here somehow!

It had been awhile since Luke had gone into Haley's 'craft' room. Anna understood that Luke would never fully be able to get over her, and she excepted that fact the day he told her he loved her.

Luke was alone in the house, Anna and Cobain decided to throw some girl time before school started back up. He wandered throughout the house, picking up pieces every now and then. That was until Luke stood in front of the door of Haley's room. 6 years. It had been six years since Luke had been in there. He usually had Anna go in there if he needed something. Some markers for Cobain's kindergarten assignments, some pens for her 'writing' phase and so on.

He Slowly turned the handle before looking over the door. It was cleaner than he remembered. Anna had probably come in before and cleaned all the cobwebs and dust off. Luke walked into the room, glancing around at all the paintings, opened notebooks, random paper, and other things scattered the desk tops.

Luke made his way around the room, picking up the paintings and looking at them. The detail, the colors, and how she made them look all together. He remembered seeing most these people. She took inspiration late at night when she made Luke get out of bed at 3:10 am and walk around the dark city. People holding a cigarette was what she usually painted. She admired how something so small, could be so controlling, so addicting. She made Luke buy her a pack when she was only 17 and he 18. They went to the local park and smoked one each. Luke handled it fine, but Haley on the other hand coughed, and ended up throwing up. They decided that night to never smoke again.

He made his way over to her writing desk, before his eyes landed on a piece of paper. The same paper he read when Cobain was little. He only read a few sentences, but stopped when Cobain called him.

He picked up the paper again, He looked over at the slightly opened door, memories flooding back to when Cobain had been so little, needing his help with everything.

'Luke, Nice to see you in my room. Thought you would never show up. What made you come in here? Was it Cobain?.. man I miss you guys... a lot I wish I could see you guys' Luke read over the first few lines before his eyes started to water and he decided to sit down.

'Hows Cobain? How old is she now? Does she remember me?' I miss you too, you know. Have you moved on? Is there another girl in your life? Is she pretty? Everything you wanted and more right? I keep asking questions and I know I'm not going to get answers from you. I hope she liked Cobain and vise versa. God I'm sorry I left. I didn't want you to see me get bad. Remember that time we had a fake wedding because I wanted to get married but you didn't? "Sickness and in health" I'm sorry I couldn't follow that.

I'm sorry that I told you I was going away for the 2 weeks before I knew I was going to die. I came back here and did everything I could to get better. I took medicine, Chemo, and anything else you can think of, I tried it. I'm sorry I couldn't get it to work.

I hope when you're reading this you're in the craft room still. Or did you move? I hope you didn't because I put a special present for Cobain in my favorite notebook. Could you give it to her. Giver her the whole thing. Tell her i'm sorry too. Tell her I didn't know how to end it so I did what I usually do when I don't know how to cope with things. I left it.. Tell her to come up with her own ending. Tell her to make it happy, and like any princess move she's ever seen. It's all up to her how she wants it to end.

Luke, I love you a lot. More than any other human I've ever come across. And I'm 100% sure you feel the same, but Luke, if you haven't moved on yet.. please do. Let everything we had stay in the past. Let everything go for you, Cobain and who ever decides to cross paths and stay in your life.

I've said sorry too many times in this damn letter, but I don't know what else I can say to you. Do you forgive me for leaving? Or are you holding a grudge against me? Please whatever you do, don't hate me. I tried everything I could to make me stay here longer for you, and for Cobain. But it was too late. If Cobain ever gets sick, don't wait. Help her as soon as you can. Teach her to be strong, to not believe them when they say that something isn't working. Teach her to never give up, and to only have positive thoughts. And when she learns to love someone, tell her to stay true to who she is, and not change for a single person.

Luke, tell her I love to the moon and back.

-Haley
