The Mission

Itachi's POV

It's been about two weeks since the last time anyone laid a finger on Deidara, I made sure of that. Our mission together is today, I'm looking forward to 5 months of just me and him.
I look up from my position on the floor, and I see Deidara staring at me.

 
"What?" I ask, and he giggled.

 
"Just admiring how beautiful you look right now," he said, getting up from his spot on the bed and coming to sit on my lap, pulling me down into a kiss.

 
He pulled away, but I pulled him back in for another one, this time running my tongue along his lip, asking for entrance. He complied, and I gently played with his tongue. He let out a slight moan.

 
I gripped his waist, pulling him even closer. He adjusted his position so that he had his legs wrapped around my waist, and I continued kissing him, earning small sounds of pleasure from my blonde.

 
I pulled back, in need of air, and also because we had to leave.

 
"Mmh- as much as I'd like to continue, we do have to go," I said.
Deidara pouted, getting off of me.

 

"fine. But you owe me."

 
I sighed, getting up, and I walked with Deidara down the hall and out the door.

Deidara's POV

 
Our mission is to track and keep an eye on a Shinobi from the hidden sand village over the course of 5 months, were trying to see if he's an information leak. It's been kind is slow for the Akatsuki lately, were not taking any steps to go on with our "master plan" whatever that is. Something about capturing tailed beasts?

 
We've been walking for about 3 hours now, and my legs are tired. I'm going to try and convince Itachi to stop at a hot spring or something.... Maybe we can get a room at a hotel.

 
"Itachiiii, my legs are tireedddddd," I complained, clinging onto him. If I whine enough he will probably stop.

 
"Can we please stop at a hot spring at the next village?" I asked, and he sighed.

 
"Okay... but we're not staying longer than one night," he replied. Wow. He gave up faster than I expected.
"Will you carry 

me the rest of the way?" I asked, pushing my luck. He looked at me like I was crazy. "no way! I already agreed to stop for you!"

 
Yeah I knew it probably wasn't going to happen, but it was worth a shot.

 
The nearest village was about a 45 minute walk from here. When we arrived, I dragged Itachi directly to the springs.

 
I came out in my towel, and saw Itachi already in the water. We were alone, and I had an idea. I slipped my towel off and got a running start, doing a Canon ball into the water, getting Itachis face and hair wet. I laughed, seeing him glare at me.

I swam over to him and pouted. "are you mad at me?" I asked, pretending to be hurt. I looked up at him, widening my eyes. That always seemed to get him.

 
He smiled. "No... but I am going to get you back for that," he said, and before I could react he had me pinned against the wall of the hot springs. Was it getting hotter in here? Or is it just me?
He grinned, a rare sight when we're in public, but I guess we're not, really. The springs are not that popular around this time, and there's nobody else in the water right now.

 
He suddenly dunked my head under the water, and when I resurfaced, I was gasping for air.
"You asshole!" I yelled, jumping on him, pulling him under. We were wrestling for a while, and Itachi was winning, unfortunately for me.
