I think I'm running out of books

This took me 15 mins to find... Yeah things are going to be lost forever in google docs.

anyways i cant rll remember this one eve tho it did it like a yr and a half ago

Emmalise lives in Medieval times. She along with a lot of other kids were taken to a castle to train to be wizards and witches (not harry potter just wait). So she's there and NO WANDS except for wizards, witches just enchant things and stuff like that. So the wizards and witches are not really good or bad. Btw they live in the UK. No one is really good but there is bad people. There are wars going on and all the kids take sides. So then Emmalise starts having nightmares, to better understand them I will send the paragraph of the nightmare after this. So pretty much her nightmares lead her to unleash an old foe of wizards and witches who promises a great reward. the evil being looks like an old figure wearing a hood but when she reveals' herself she has a snake for her head and can do wizard magic and witch magic. So another war starts and the Evil being takes side with an evil king who sets out to conquer all of Europe and is going to kill all wizards and witches and destroy all magic. He conquers most of Europe and goes to capture the wizards and witches. The king wins and takes all the wizards and witches. But Emmalise is not taken to prison. Just like the being promised, Emmalise is given the position of kings guard and will be kept alive as long as she promises to only tach magic to her descendants. Emmalise refuses and is kept in a castle tower until she says yes. The day that they plan to kill the high wizards and witches comes. (Pretty much the teachers) Emmalise escapes and sneaks into the crowd. She convinces the princess that this is wrong and the princess lends her clothes so she can get closer and act like the princess. She goes up and enchants the ropes and chains holding the prisoners to release them the moment Emmalise uncovers the Beings head. She gets close to the being (Who is the king's head advisor) And enchants her hood to open. The being holds her hood down and announces. " There is a wizard or a witch here. I can sense them." Everyone looks but can't find Emmalise because they think she's the princess. The being looks at Emmalise and knows who she is. The being enchants Emmalise to tell the crowd who she is and how she betrayed them. They lock her up and are going to kill her. Just before they kill her the being comes close and Tells Emmalise that she could have had a chance. but then Emmalise kicks the Beings hood off and everyone screams as they see the snake head. The high wizards and witches are released and craziness breaks out. Everyone is escaping and the Being disappears in the confusion. Finally the king is taken and Europe is back to normal rule. all the wizards and witches are released and they go back to their castle but the bieng is still out there to come back.

Emmalise awoke with a start. sweat was pouring down her forehead. An ear splitting scream escaped her lips. She put her hands over her mouth in shock. She sat up straight and began getting out of bed

"Stop!" She screamed at herself as she walked towards the exit of the dark room.

"Please, Stop!" She was crying now. warm tears falling to the floor. She stepped towards the wooden door. Her left hand reached towards the rusty bronze handle. "No!" She screamed trying to stop her hand. It didn't work. she had no control over anything but her mouth. The door creaked open revealing a dimly lit hallway full of cobwebs and matching doors to the one she had just opened. Emmalise noticed a large rat scurry into a large crack in the wall. Beady red eyes stared as she moved uncontrollably down the hall. "It's all a dream" She said to herself. Finally her body stopped in front of a large iron door. It was barred and locked a sign in front of it saying, "Don't open if you want your life." Emmalise shivered involuntary. " Not this time, Please." Emmalise moaned.

"Yesssss thisss time." A cold slithery voice said in her ear. She turned her head but nothing was there. The voice sounded again coming from inside the door.

"You mussssst come." A cold feeling traveled down Emmalise's spine and she curled up in a ball trying to block the noise out.

"Betray them. You musssst. They are not your friends." The door swung open. inside was endless darkness. Emmalise gasped and closed her eyes. Then she awoke in her bed.

I think that I was gonna have the main character betray her friends bc of this evil thing but I don't remember why or how.... My memory rn...
