The cold and dry aired room of a courthouse was seen with the residents inside being predominantly that of pro heroes and police. Here, a hearing was held with regards to a certain event that had happened about half a month ago. "Alright. Let's get this over with. Mr. Naomasa Tsukauchi. You stand here charged with insubordination of your acts in Tartarus against villain inmate number 11934 AKA, All For One. These charges also include unlawful execution and an account of humanitarian rights violation. How do you plead?"

"Guilty, your honor." Tsukauchi spoke up with the judge looking at the papers he had.

"From what I am told, you have a deal made?"

"Yes your honor." The lead prosecutor for the city spoke up as he explained. "Due to former investigator Tsukauchi's long track record of successful handling of cases and spotless record as well as the information that the villain known as AFO was looked into being given a death sentence with it almost being finalized and would've been the day after the event that took place, we would like to lower the charges down to misdemeanor charges in exchange for Tsukauchi quitting of the force and no longer looking for employment in forms of law enforcement of the country of Japan. We had also asked for a few witnesses to AFO's actions to be given evidence to prove the man though human, was beyond any form of reasoning with."

"Very well. Who's the first witness?"

The prosecutor read down his list to ask for the first to be brought in by the bailiff. "Our first witness is the former number 1 pro hero, Toshinori Yagi, AKA. All Might."

The blond man was brought into the courtroom to sit in the witness stand beside the judge. He seemed to be severely scrawny as opposed to his normal physic that most are known for. Coughing a bit, the judge noticed some blood come out of All Might's mouth to worry for him. "Are you alright, sir?"

"I am. Just a minor problem that had occurred in my past with AFO."

Not wasting any time, the prosecutor began talking with All Might about what he was there to discuss. "All Might. Could you please elaborate for us and the jury what your relationship with the villain AFO was?"

"To make things simple, he wanted to kill me and succeeded in doing so with my master and her master. The man was in all forms a monster. This sounds wrong coming from someone who is meant to be the Symbol of Peace, I'm aware. However, this man has caused far too much harm. At one point, he controlled the country through the underworld. A few decades back, he had nearly killed myself with my teacher not being so lucky. The amount of fear he had put in her was enough to put her two children in foster care in two different orphanages so they would be safe. Unfortunately, this wasn't successful as the man willingly corrupted my master's grandson and turned him into the late Shigaraki."

The prosecutor looked over his notes to find All Might's medical charts. "About 5 years ago, you suffered an injury to your side. Care to explain what caused it?"

"During one of my pior battles with AFO, he was able to take out most of my stomach, damage my respiratory system, as well as damage the muscle fibers on the left side of my torso. Hero work is dangerous, I am not denying that. However, the level of danger will only grow depending on the villain you face. In this case, the man was able to kill me if he wanted and the fact he was defeated in Kamino was a blessing in a way. To be honest, I do not think any hero currently would have the power to defeat someone like that and the power he wields would only get worse since age was no longer a problem for him. To be honest, I think it was right to end him. AFO would've only harmed more people and was threatening someone else even as the end of him was about to happen."

"The one he was harming, it was your son? Izuku Midoriya, correct?"

"Yes."

"What is your relationship with him?"
