After dinner, they both cleaned up, and Jenny expressed her gratitude for the wine and the food, which was rather good she added. Jay responded by advising that he 'was quite adequate in both the kitchen and other areas'. This made Jenny laugh, whilst she made her way to the sofa to retrieve her sweater and hand bag, saying "This was a rather beautiful, unexpected turn of events. Such a positive encounter. But, I must be going now." "Why?" Jay asked, "Because I do have my very own apartment, if you recollect, and I need to shower and get out of these clothes." "Oh, but I can help you out of them if you'd like, and if you recollect, I have a shower here too, so that's not a good enough reason for you to leave just yet." Jay coaxed. "Why on earth would I shower here?" Jenny replied, "for all you know I'm a serial killer of some sort; and besides, I don't live here, so I need to go to where I do reside." Jay looked at her intently, but humorously responded "well if you recall, I did say a maybe on the 'serial killer' topic, so if you're one, so am I, so we won't be of any danger to each other."
Jenny laughed and said "That's not funny" but Jay countered with "Sure it is, because if it wasn't you wouldn't be laughing." "That's not the point." Jenny clapped back, "It kinda is" said Jay. "Alright fine, the point then is that I don't have a change of clothes, or anything to shower with." Jenny related. "That's an easy fix" said Jay, "I can provide you with shower products, and as for your clothes, you won't have to worry about them, cause who says you're gonna need them for much longer." "Huh?!!" Jenny stuttered, "Aren't you cocky!" she accused, "I am cocky, very much so, but, I'm also taking initiative, and grabbing hold of the moment." Jay amused himself by responding with a flirtatious look. "Is that so?" asked Jenny a bit quizzically, "yep, it is so." replied Jay.
Jenny stood, looking at him, pondering for a moment, trying to counter his responses with a witty one of her own, but nothing came to mind. She started wondering how did she even get to this point with a complete stranger. Wondering what's gonna happen now? What's the rest of the evening gonna be like if she stays? What are her pros and cons here? Would she regret it if she left? Just live vicariously this one time, she convinced herself, because all she ever gets action from, is her imagination. "Urgh...this is a bad idea" she thought "or is it?" she thought again. "I mean he is a rather attractive specimen, how bad could this all be? Physical attraction is on point. Intellectuality is there. He's got a slight bit of ocd too, which sparks cleanliness. Not socially awkward. He can cook, which is more than a plus. Hmmm..... if I didn't want to, I wouldn't have said 'yes' in the first place." Jenny's thoughts surged like electricity through her brain, trying to decide on what's her next move. "Come on, the longer you wait, the more risk you'll have of catching a cold, and I don't want you getting sick on my watch." Jay earnestly advised her.
"Firstly, if I was to get sick, I would already, since I've been in these clothes for over 3 hours; and secondly, a shower is always a vibe, even if it's not in my own place." she answered, as she turned back to the sofa, put down her belongs, and sat to start removing her boots and socks. Jay went into his bedroom and came back with an all inclusive gift basket set, with: bath bombs, a facial wash and scrub, 2 shower gels, 2 body butters, a lavender essential oil and a body mist, and handed it to her, along with a blue towel and a blue wash cloth. "We have a blue maniac over here" thought Jenny before saying, "My my, aren't you prepared, and I see that you're really obsessed with all things blue" as she took the items. "I'm always prepared," said Jay, "and yes I love all things blue, just not in balls though." he shrugged, winked at her and went to have a seat, and continue to sip on some more wine. Jenny rolled her eyes and laughed as she made her way to the bathroom whilst asking " So what, no T-shirt and joggers? Just a towel? That's it? That's all I'm getting?" "Yep, said Jay, "I'll find those other stuff for ya before you come out the shower." he winked.
After showering, Jenny came out with her clothes neatly folded in her hand, asking " Okay, so what am I gonna do with my damp-ish clothes?" "Well," Jay responded, "there's actually a washer and dryer set in that closet beside the kitchen" he pointed, " I'll toss them in for heating purposes." He got up and went over to Jenny, placing the wine glass on the dining table. "No problemo" responded Jenny as she handed him her clothing. After about a minute, "I'm gonna have a shower myself," he advised as he came back from the dryer, " I do however like that towel on you, it suits you, though you won't be needing it for much longer." Jenny let out an exasperated sigh. " I won't huh? There you go with that cocky thing again." Jay came forward, stood directly in front of her, and said " Call it cocky, smug, egotistical, or whatever you may, but I have other words for it" he looked down at her with a wicked gleam in his eyes, as he traced the edges of her lips with his gaze. "I'm sure you do, I'd be disheartened if you didn't" responded Jenny sarcastically as she looked up at him. Jay smirked, stepped back, and headed towards the bathroom. Jenny went over, to the dining table, and in one swift gulp, drank the rest of her wine, refilled, then found herself back on the sofa, staring through the parted curtains, allowing her thoughts to reply their dialogue just now.
After a few minutes of Jay being in the shower, she heard the water stop, and knew he was heading out. For some reason, those damn butterflies came back, but with a vengeance! She began to feel light and levitated, her happy emotions went into overdrive and she felt all bubbly inside. Maybe it was anxiety. Maybe is was hormones. Or maybe it was just the wine. But all she knew, was that she had no interest in dimming down the feeling that just took over her body. The sensation was seeping through her, warming between her legs, making her smile uncontrollably. Jay came out and stood, leaning against the wall in the passage, with his arms folded, and the towel wrapped around his lower body, exposing his toned torso and well chiseled abdomen. She gave a devilish sly smile, and then sipped some more. "You good?" asked Jay, studying her intriguingly, "Oh I'm fine" she answered quickly, as she met his gaze and turned away shyly. "You're not drunk are you?" He asked mockingly, "Of course not" she responded quickly and defensively; " Good, because I want you to be sober for what comes next." he said, as he walked forward, grabbed his glass, sat opposite to her, took a sip, and watched a sly smile creep at the corners of her lips, just as her eyes met his.
