Finally Saturday. 6:50 p.m.
"Yeonsu, please be nice to him" My mom said for the 4th time.
"Mom." I sighed "I already told you I will. When have I been disrespectful?"
"Never, but I know you don't love the idea of him being here" She paused. "Maybe you even hate him... I don't know"
I chuckled "I don't hate him mom. I dislike him"
"Do you? Really?" She raised her brows.
"Well, not exactly" I rolled my eyes with a smirk.
"Just be nice, okay? He did so much for you before, don't forget that" She smiled warmly.
"Yeah, as much as what I did for him" I argued.
"Okay, yes" She rolled her eyes. "You both did so much for each other so that's why you need to tolerate him at least"
"I do tolerate him!" I screamed.
"Don't get mad" She laughed. "I really hope-"
Someone knocked on the door.
My mom jumped from her seat excited "It must be Hyunjin!"
We both walked to the door.
"Dad! Najung! He's here!" I yelled.
"He's here?!?!" My sister came running beside me excited.
My dad came behind her, with a serious face.
He didn't especially love Hyunjin, since he stole him from me (like he liked to say), but he definitely didn't dislike him.
He liked him a lot, but grew a hate for him even before we broke up.
When he used to make me mad, I would complain to my dad all the time. He was the one who gave me the idea to break up with him too...
So, no, he isn't entirely excited to see him.
My sister, on the other hand, LOVES Hyunjin. He used to spoil her so much, like he was her dad or something, so my sister has really missed him a lot.
She's asked me his number multiple times to get close with him again, but I never gave it. I was so scared we could get close again... and look at us now...
My mom opened the door with a huge smile on her face "Jinnie?"
I peered behind my mom and saw the most beautiful man ever (Hyunjin of course)
"Hi Mrs. Lee" He smiled brightly and bowed.
"Hyunjin!" My mom said excited. "It's been so long!" She pulled him to a hug and he answered happily, even closing his eyes in warmness.
My sister interrupted the hug, screaming behind me"Hyunjin!"
Hyunjin opened his eyes excited, breaking the small hug with my mom "Najunggie!"
My sister ran to the door and jumped to him.
"Woah" Hyunjin laughed, staggering backwards and hugging her back softly.
My sister laughed too "I missed you. Where have you been?"
I was smiling unconsciously, I was so happy seeing this.
Suddenly, Hyunjin looked at me boldly "Ask your sister"
I laughed "He's been bothering me lately"
"Don't say that!" My mom said angrily.
"It's true" I bickered back.
"It's true Mrs. Lee, i've been a huge nuisance to her lately" He let out a chuckle.
"You have?" My dad asked from behind me, he sounded a little annoyed.
Hyunjin nervously looked at my dad and bowed "Hello Mr. Lee"
My dad smiled "Hello, Hyunjin. I never had the chance to congratulate you for debuting"
Hyunjin chuckled "Thank you sir"
My mom quickly spoke "You're 22 here in Korea, right? You've grown so much!"
"The one who has grown the most is Najung!" He said. "18, right?"
"Yeah, i'm more mature" She bragged.
"Oh, really?" Hyunjin raised his eyebrows playfully. "So you don't want this thing I got for you?" He opened his backpack and pulled a chocolate out. A big milk chocolate bar, the ones he used to buy her before.
My sister gasped dramatically "YOU REMEMBERED?" She yelled excited.
Hyunjin chuckled "Of course I remember your favorite chocolate"
Looks like he has a great memory...
"I do want it!" She grabbed it with a huge smile on her face.

"We know you, and we definitely know you didn't do any of that crap" My dad replied aggressively.
Soon after Hyunjin arrived, my dad fell for his charm, and now he had forgotten his dislike for him.
"It must have been so hard, being accused for something you didn't do. I can't even imagine how impotent you felt" My mom furrowed her eyebrows in worry.
"Yeah, it was" Hyunjin looked down with sad eyes. "But the one who felt the most impotent was Yeonsu" He raised his gaze to look at me.
"Yeonsu?" My sister asked with a confused look.
"Yeah," he chuckled "she was desperate to tell the truth about me, but they didn't let her"
"She did?" My sister asked in shock.
"Of course I did, who do you think I am?" I asked chuckling.
"You did?" My mom asked gasping.
"She did" Hyunjin laughed loudly covering his mouth. "Why does no one believe me?"
"I didn't know you guys thought I was that horrible"
My parents and my sister laughed.
"I thought you just wanted to forget hi-" My mom abruptly stopped talking, widening her eyes.
Oops.
Hyunjin chuckled awkwardly "Don't worry, don't hold back. I won't feel offended"
"I'm sorry, I didn't want to mention anything about when you- about the past" My mom stuttered.
"No, don't worry, really. We used to date and that's on the past" He chuckled awkwardly, again.
