"What about this dear? It'll be much more akin to what the other girls will be wearing" Erica said attempting again to intense me into another dress
"I don't want to look like the other girls" I answered as I slipped on my little black heels slipping on easily with my stockings already on my feet. Once my shoes were on I pulled my stockings up making sure they sat on my thighs well so they wouldn't shift down over the evening. Making sure my hair was how I wanted it fixing my rouge a little and starting in my eyeliner
"Y/n. I think this... it's a terrible idea"
"You think that about everything I do Erica" I sighed "if you don't want to help then just go downstairs with dad" I sighed
"I'm trying to help, but I don't like this new attitude, this new look, whatever it is I want it to stop"
"I have no intention of stopping. For the first time in my life, I feel happy, I feel beautiful. Aren't you happy I feel that way?"
"I want it to stop. Whatever you come down in I'll know your decision" she says leaving the dress she picked out on my bed, but I knew my answer I adored this dress and I already had it on anyway. I fixed my hair one last time and I did my red lipstick making sure to get it just the way I wanted it and just perfect as I finished up my make up did a twirl in the mirror of my whole outfit
"Little spider! Benny's here!" My dad yelled
"Coming!" I yelled back. I grabbed my little handbag making sure I had everything I wanted: my perfume, my lipstick, a little comb in case my hair gets messy, and a few other little things.
I walked down my stairs down to my dad and Erica's floor, glancing down and hearing the chatter between Benny and my dad about Benny's recent tournament. I giggled a little listening to that tone he always gets into when he starts going on a tangent.
"Hello down there" I smiled not get emerging
"Ohh, come on down little spider" my dad calls
