Haunted Confrontation (Cry's upgrade)

(Pov turns to Ryan aka Cry who has to be his ego Virus Cry to be in cyberspace and Adriana)

Virus Cry sighed as he looked around. "Why do I have a feeling you know this set up?" Asked Adriana. "They set up the area we're in like my past as a Shadowsteel agent" added Virus Cry. "Then again Ebony knew about Shadowsteel cause she was hiding around the academy during the infiltration" he added. Ariana shuddered in result. "Just hearing about what happened always makes my skin crawl" added Adriana. The duo started investigating the vicinity for any shattering evidence to stop Ebony Marth and whoever is with her. "So... speaking of her...if she wasn't with Shadowsteel what was her intention?" Asked Adriana.

Virus Cry stopped and thought it over. "I actually don't know....but I remember Digimax talking about at least two egos who followed her here, Zolzar the black wing reaper and Pamik Attack" added Virus Cry. Adriana looked over raising an eyebrow. "Wait.... neither of them have power to use the cyberverse stably right?" Asked Adriana. Virus Cry gasped realizing she had a point. "And neither does Ebony herself..... so...." He added as Adriana gasped realizing it too. "Ebony Marth isn't the real enemy" they said together. However it raised the question of who would it be then.

Nearby overhearing the duo was this demon ego that seemed to be dressed like a professor of sorts. He flinched and immediately faced the beasts he had. "They're too smart, I'm turning this battle my own way" he said. He used his own powers and altered the glitch beasts to his own accord. "And I'll join the fight myself" he added. He went to ambush the duo. Virus Cry seemed hesitant as they entered this one area. "Oh why here?" He muttered.

Adriana followed in confusion as they soon entered this one room. Virus Cry's heart sank when he saw videos of his past. "Was... that you on Shadowsteel?" Asked Adriana. Virus Cry sat down not sure what to say. Adriana looked at the videos seeing what shadowsteel had done, but then saw something with one moment. "Who's that?" She asked. Virus Cry looked at it seeing a demon professor working with him. "We don't know...he never gave his name so agents of Shadowsteel called him Dr. Demon" he said.

The duo seemed to watch it play out. "He vanished without a trace because he declined doing any of the big missions Shadowsteel was known for" explained Virus Cry. "Huh.... I wonder why" she said. "ШΛЛТ ТФ ΛЛSШΞЯ ТHΛТ ФЯ SHФUŁÐ ł ФŁÐ ŦЯłΞЛÐ?" Declared a familiar voice making Virus Cry gasp and turn immediately only to be blasted aside. Adriana screamed panicking as she looked to see the same professor dressed demon. "Dr. Demon I'm guessing?" Asked Adriana meekly. "ΞH, ТHΛТ'S ШHΛТ ΞVΞЯЏФЛΞ ϾΛŁŁΞÐ MΞ ϾΛUSΞ ł ЛΞVΞЯ GΛVΞ MЏ ΛϾТUΛŁ ЛΛMΞ, HФЛΞSТŁЏ ł ŁłКΞ ТHΞ ЛłϾКЛΛMΞ" responded "Dr. Demon" with a shrug. He chuckled seeing Virus Cry struggling to get up.

Dr. Demon chuckled and attacked knocking Virus Cry down. "Ryan" added Adriana scared trying to step in, but she got knocked aside. "Adriana!" Added Ryan. Dr. Demon chuckled looking at them. "ЛФШ ШHЏ GФ ŦФЯ SUϾH Λ ШΞΛК PΛЯТЛΞЯ, SHΞ ШФЛ'Т БΞ ΛЛЏ GФФÐ" he said. Virus Cry coughed and looked at Adriana getting herself up. "No....I choose her because she underestimates herselfs, like I do with moving past my Shadowsteel history" added Virus Cry. Adriana was stunned hearing him.

Virus cry coughed getting himself up. "My history with Shadowsteel never left....but I don't have to live in those memories" he said. "And my partner, she may not be used to her dark ego, but I don't want her to underestimate herself...we help each other". Their wristbands glowed confusing the duo. Before it suddenly put Virus Cry in armor and saw the new upgrade for Dreary. Virus Cry faced Dr. Demon. "Sorry old friend...." He said. Dr. Demon growled.

"Spider's dance Dreary game start" added Virus Cry. Dreary appeared in her new armor and faced Dr. Demon. "ƒօɾցíѵҽ ʍҽ, ҍմԵ աҽ ɑɾҽղ'Ե ՏԵɑվíղց íղ Եհҽ ԹɑՏԵ" added Dreary. Virus Cry exhaled looking at dr. Demon. "Defeat him with improv mastery undertale" added Virus Cry. Dreary attacked immediately with all the skills of the Undertale world. It gave immediate victory after defeating the glitch beasts and Dr. Demon. After the enemy retreat the duo saw the portal open.

"Let's get back to everyone" added Virus Cry. "Yeah" added Adriana taking back control. The duo immediately went into the portal and it closed.
