What are some doubts you could work on?
How can you change your flaws to make them into positives?
Ex: I have a lot of scars, which I mostly looked at as negative until a friend told me to see them as battle scars. Now I'm proud of my surgical scars and wounds cause they reflect who I am. They're a part of me.Try and look at what you're good at and what you're not, look at improving them.
Try and replace pessimistic thoughts with optimistic thoughts. I know, it's easier said than done.
