What aspects of your personality do you like the most and why?

What aspects of your body do you like the most and why?

What are some doubts you could work on?

How can you change your flaws to make them into positives?
Ex: I have a lot of scars, which I mostly looked at as negative until a friend told me to see them as battle scars. Now I'm proud of my surgical scars and wounds cause they reflect who I am. They're a part of me.

Try and look at what you're good at and what you're not, look at improving them.

Try and replace pessimistic thoughts with optimistic thoughts. I know, it's easier said than done.
