If so, how? Social media? Family? Friends? A guidance counselor? A hotline?
Have you ever commuted self-harm?
Do you worry about loved ones such as friends and family and even strangers commuting self-harm?
Ex: I saw this one person on social media once talk about killing themselves and I legit had full on worry and stress about that person dying! I had to reach out to them and PLEAD with them not to! I even retired to point out the positives in life. I didn't reach out purely for selfish reasons. I reached out because they still have a life to live and I have faith that life will get better. Yes, I worried and was sad my friend was going through this and I didn't want to loose him, but I had to! Each time I see him online, I feel a rush of relief that he's still alive. I check in on him every once in a while to see how he's doing. He seems to be in better spirits.
