Daisy/Skye POV
Parking the car, she had borrowed in the underground garage, Daisy can't help but to wonder if she is making the right decision or not in this moment. She had agreed with Fury, she knows Coulson and the others needs her help, but something tells her that this is going to be a big mistake. Last time she was face to face with her old team, they all saw her as a traitor, someone who has been laying, who sold them out. And yeah, she can't say she didn't, she tried to help Miles, only to learn that there is no one she can trust.
At that thought, she comes to a halt. That last line isn't true anymore and she knows that she knows now that if there are anyone she can trust, it's her new team. She knows just how far the Avengers will go to make sure she is safe. And she knows fully well what their reaction is going to be once they find out that she is going back to working with her old team. With a deep breath, Daisy forces herself towards the elevators.
"JARVIS, where is Tony?"
"Mr Stark is in his lab, working."
"Take me to him."
She orders, feeling how elevator starts to move, she leans towards the wall. She would have to tell them before she leaves, it would be for the best. But how do you tell your current team that you are going to work with your old one, a team they don't know much about except for the bad things you have told them about, or at least the last bad things that happened before she was being taken. And then there is the fact that her team thinks that Coulson is dead. Maybe she should have a talk with Pepper before leaving.
Feeling the elevator come to a stop, Daisy takes another deep breath. For now, she needs Tony help with something, and she can deal with her other problems afterwards. As the doors opens, she can see that Tony is sitting at his desk, deep in work and she feels slightly bad about interrupting him. Then remembering all the time, he has interrupted her or been annoying on purpose, the feeling goes away quite quickly.
"Hey, Stark."
She says as she steps through the doors, making Tony turn around in his chair. She can see the surprise in his eyes as he looks at her.
"Daisy? Didn't expect to see you back already. What are you doing here?"
"I need your help; I need to hide my face so the people I will work with doesn't know who they are working with."
She tells him, taking one of the chairs and pulls it over to Tony's desk. She can see the confusion growing in his face at her explanation, which makes Daisy roll her eyes.
"I'm going on an undercover mission, sort of. I need something to hide my face. Maybe a mask or something that can change my appearance."
She explains and she can see the wheels starting to turn in the inventers mind, which makes Daisy smile.
"I might have something; I was tinkering with something that a S.H.I.E.L.D inventor did."
Tony starts to explain, turning his attention towards his computer, he starts to look for what he needs, finding it in no time, he smiles and pulls up the file.
"This is..."
"A Nano Mask."
Daisy finish for him, looking at what Tony has pulled up. Recognising it all from when Natasha went over different S.H.I.E.L.D tech.
"Exactly, I have been tinkering with one, just to see how they work and to see if I can make them better."
Tony explains, as he pulls up more information of his work so far. Going over everything on his screen, Daisy starts to smile.
