May POV

She returns to the cockpit, the files Skye, or rather Daisy, gave her and she sits down, taking a few minutes to figure out if she should be reading through these files or not. Deciding that she should read up on the cover story that has been placed, she opens the file, only to realise it's not just the cover story in there, but also everything that has happened to her since she left the BUS back in Hong Kong. The more she is reading, about how she was taken, what she had been put through, how the Avengers found her and then started to train her, a feeling of worry and sadness for the younger woman, now turned into an agent, grows.

She should have known it was bad from the scars on her body, the moment she finds the pictures that had been taken, she flips them over, knowing she has seen a lot of bad wounds throughout the years, but this seems to take the point. Flipping through the papers, she starts to look for the actual information that she needs right now. To her surprise, there are two cover stories created, but she smiles when she finds the similarities in them. That how Maria Hill was her SO, how she has spent most of her times as an agent undercover, that she only plays nice with her team, and that she has special permission to call her team in if she feels they are needed. Her smiling growing larger at the side note from Maria that she will make sure Fury doesn't take back that promise.

Hearing a knock on the door, she quickly closes the casefile and puts it away before turning her attention towards the door.

"Enter!"

She answers the knock and when Coulson enters the room, she is happy that she closed everything up. The information she has just read, she isn't all to sure he would take it in properly and she feels she needs to a have a proper conversation with Daisy to ask her what she wish to do about the rest of the team learning the truth.

"Coulson."

She says, as an invitation for him to speak, seeing how he keeps silent, not moving from the door.

"Who is she?"

He asks and Melinda turns around slightly, to make sure she can roll her eyes. She knew he would ask him this, it was just a matter of time. She was tempted to ask who he means, but she keeps silent about that, recalling what was written down in the case file.

"I meet Agent Johnson a few times when I started working in administration, most of the times she was following after her SO. She's a bright girl, quick on her feet and mind. She learns fast and she knows far too much for her own good from time to time, and she doesn't always play nice with others."

Melinda starts to explain, and she can see that Coulson is about to ask who her SO is and deciding it will save her time to just tell her.

"Maria Hill."

Seeing how his eyes grows large at this information, she rolls her eyes, this time so he can see her do it.

"Maria? She never said anything."

"Who are you talking about?"

"Maria."

"And there you have the answer. But she did a lot of undercover work backs in the day so it's not surprising that you haven't crossed past with her before. It's a quite new change that she is doing missions like this."

Melinda continues to explain, her eyes traveling behind Coulson as the door opens, seeing Daisy entering. Coulson turns as he realises that someone has entered the room behind him and when his eyes lands on Daisy, he nods his head. Melinda can see that he has more questions but for some reason he doesn't want to ask them with Daisy in the room. He steps to the side, letting Daisy enter properly before leaving the room. Looking at Daisy, Melinda can see that she lifts one eyebrow, but she makes sure to close and lock the door behind him. Seeing how she shakes her head, Daisy takes the seat beside her, and Melinda can see the other girl wish to make a comment, but she keeps it to herself.
