I have tried to act normal, but the betrayal of my parents hurt more than word can truly describe. I have been partying a lot, much to our parents' dismay. Kaiser always goes with me, like the big brother he always has been; which doesn't ease our parents' worries any less. Everyone with eyes can tell their secret cut deep. Deeper than when my first boyfriend freshman year, who broke my heart. Deeper than when I watch the love of my life, my best friend, who constantly is flirting with every vagina in town. I don't blame them for falling for his beautiful green as the forest on a bright sunny day eyes. His smile would knock any female's boots off.
One night, I drank too much and I let my mind and body do and say things that I never had the courage to do. Draven happens to be shit faced and I should have known, my confessions would only reach his deaf ears. Should have known he wouldn't remember a damn thing the next morning. When Pres steps down Draven would be taking his dad's position. Just like Draven, Kaiser would be taking our father's VP position. I will always be known as the VP's little sister. The old VP's daughter. I would be off limits to every guy in this MC. My dad has made it known, don't use his daughter, don't disrespect his princess, just don't fuck his daughter.... Because most of the guys here only are after one thing....
Sex....
Meaning I'm off limits....
Most guys are like that. Kaiser and Dawson haven't ever been after sex.
They want a girlfriend...
An ol' lady....
Settle down...
Dylan on the other hand wants just that. He is honestly the wild one of the bunch in this pack of wolves. However, I just want my best friend to want me like I want him. The night that shouldn't happen is this night. I happen to be drinking in the clubhouse with everyone including my parents. This is when they don't mind if we have a drink. We are in their sights and they are able to keep tabs on us. I happen to be seen talking to some of the guys.
No harm....
No foul...
I don't think...
I mean he has the younger club bunnies around him. Even one on his lap whispering in his ear. Then, he smirks. I knew that smirk and my already stomped on broken heart begins to crack a little more. I down my alcohol just to get a stronger drink. I end up losing count on how many I've had to drink. Tommy, a 19-year-old prospect, comes up and we begin to talk about nothing in particular. Mostly, if I am going to go to college. He even asked what I wanted to be, the thing is I hadn't decided yet. It is currently: undetermined. I mean I could take up accounting so I can help the club, become a doctor or nurse to help my family, or hell even a lawyer.
See it is harmless chit chatter. I notice Kaiser, from where I am sitting on my stool with my back against the wall. He nudges Draven in the ribs to get his attention. He whispers in Draven's ear and his head snaps so hard in my direction. I am surprised it is still attached to his body. Draven pushes the club bunny off his lap and I watch as she falls onto the floor below. Draven stands up as I gulp the rest of Jack Daniels and Dr. Pepper. I turn my attention back to Tommy aka Tomahawk. What I never expected to happen is Draven to get up and march his ass over in my direction. My big blue eyes get the size of golf balls when I see him standing next to Tommy. He whispers something in his ear and Tommy gives me the 'I'm sorry. I have to leave look.' Draven grabs ahold of my hand and begins to drag me into the halls that lead to the bedroom area of the clubhouse. When we reach the top floor, he stops. I, being the clumsy one, run right into his back. I bounce so hard off his stone hard back that I stumble and my own back hits the wall behind me. This wall happens to be right beside his bedroom door. He turned around and corners me on this damn wall. When I mean corners, I mean he has me cornered with no escape. He doesn't have his arms around me but if I was to take off running; he'd surely grab me before I made it three feet. He would be the lion while I would be the prey.
