"Perfect"

It had been just a little over a week when Jasmine returned back to Washington. Even with everything happening she would be staying there for a while longer. She informed Steve the second that she had returned from her small excursion with her father. Steve beamed when he had set a day for his date with Jasmine.

Their date was at the end of the week. Jasmine was nervous, she'd never gone on a date before, an official date. She didn't know how to prepare for it, usually Natasha would be her go to but with her gone the only way she'd get help would be through a phone call. Maria Hill was another option but since SHIELD fell she'd been on her own assignment and agenda now in New York with Stark industries. It was at the time that Jasmine wished she had her mom.

But, she made it work with what she had. She went to her dad with advice seeing as he was the only one that she could look to. Moose, her dog, was also a contender in helping her out more so with moral support.

"You look fine."

The girl turned to her dad who was lying back on the couch, "Fine? Fine!?" Her eyes went wide,  "Maybe I should change–" She was ready to make her way back to her room.

"Jasmine I swear to god I will shoot a whole through all of your clothes if you change one more time." He threatened making her pout. He looked towards her pug who was lying on the small dog bed, "Look you're stressing your own dog out."

She let out a breath, taking a seat on one of the lounge chairs, "He's going to be here any minute and I just want everything to go perfect."

Fury sighed, sitting up the slightest bit, "If you keep stressing yourself out, it'll be a disaster."

"Was that supposed to be advice, because frankly it was horrible."

He rolled his eyes, "It means if you keep thinking about every detail you'll have a shitty date. Don't stress about–" He was cut off by the sound of her doorbell ringing.

"He's here." She shot up from her seat, "Tell him I'm not ready for this. I'll be back–" She went to run  towards her bedroom.

The father shook his head as he stood from the couch and stopped her, "First of all he's a super-soldier with super hearing so he can hear you. Second, I've had enough of your complaining so you're going to answer the door." He pushed her towards the entrance.

Jasmine took some breaths in and out before getting the courage to open the door. As it swung open Steve spun around a bouquet of her favorite flowers in her hand, he was dressed perfectly but casual, hair styled, he was just perfect.

Steve felt the same as his eyes landed on the girl who answered the door. Her curls framed her perfectly, the dress she had on fit her to the nines, her subtle make-up made her features enhance, she looked like a dream.

"Hi." He spoke up, taking a step closer.

She smiled at the simple word, "Hey." She stepped aside letting him enter.
