Johnnies POV
We bth sit up and I look at Kyle. "Why...why do you want to see them.." I stutter out, looking at Kyle's sad expression. "I want to check up on them. Make sure nothing's infected. Please, Johnnie?" He asks, putting a hand on my knee and looking me in the eyes. I look to the carpet, frowning. I close my eyes and put my sleeve up. I just recently cut a few days ago, so the scars where fairly new. He looks at the scars on my wrist. He touches my hand, silently telling me I can put it down. I put down my sleeve and open my eyes. My eyes are still glued to the floor. He moves my head with his hand, making him face me. He looks into my eyes, with tears in his. He suddenly leaps and hugs me. I hug back. "Please, text me or tell me when that urge hits you." He says, still in the hug. I nod telling him I will. We pull away. He kisses me and I kiss back. "Let's go for a morning walk" he says, grabbing my hand and standing up. I stand up next to him. "Sounds awesome, imma get ready though." I reply, walking over to my closet. "Okay, sounds good." He says, rummaging through his suitcase for clotes to wear.

After our morning routine, we start walking. He grabs my hand as we walk out the door. We walk only a short distance until we pass the a animal shelter. I stop and look at the puppies from the window. Kyle stops walking and realizes what I'm doing. He joking rolls his eyes and trudged next to me. "Hey, do you love me?" I ask looking up at him, smiling. He smiles back. "I love you alot, but no puppy today" He says, laughing a bit. I pout. "Fine." I say crossing my arms with an jokingly-annoyed look on my face. He puts his arm around my middle and gently leads me away. I melt into his arms. Who am I kidding, I can't even fake being mad at him. "Just so you know, jussstttt in case, I like the pitbull, pug, and husky". He laughs at my dorky behavior. "Maybe later" He says, smiling. We continue walking for a bit, then turn around and head home.
