Kate stared curiously in the place that boy had disappeared, her jaw dropped in shock. Bella waved her hand in front of her face.

"Yoo-hoo! Anybody home?" She said snapping her fingers. Kate shook her head to clear her thoughts.

"What?" She asked raising her eyebrow. Everyone laughed. "What?!" Kate demanded again.

Willow giggled. "I was asking you if your parents were coming?"

"Oh," Kate said slightly embarrassed. "Yeah, probably. Why?"

Willow shrugged. She looked down at her fingers and fiddled with them. "I don't know. It's just most parents are coming but they don't have too. Mine aren't and neither are the rest of ours."

"Why not?" Noah interrupted. "I mean, mine can't either but still, why not?" he added stabbing his fork into his beef.

Jack frowned and sighed.

"To busy I guess. But why am I complaining? It might be weird having my parents following me around," He said before remembering Kate's parents were coming. "No offence."

Kate shrugged. "It's fine. I'm just bringing them along because they're my new parents and they would probably like to come."

Jack nodded and ate the last pice of his beef. They ate in silence for the rest of the lunch. When they were done, they had three minutes left till the next class so they decided to just talk.

"So what are the rest of the kids like here?" Noah asked Jack. He shrugged.

"Fine, I guess. Except for Catty and her group of followers," Jack replied grinning.

Bella perked up. "Oh, and don't forget about Ryan! He's like a stalker!" She said playfully. Everyone rolled their eyes, except Henry, who was staring down at his feet.

"Yeah," Willow said softly. "He dose kinda stalk people.

Bella nearly jumped up out of the lunch table. "Are you kidding?! I swear I saw him talking photos of people while they were sleeping!" She yelled.

"Really?" Kate asked raising an eyebrow. "How do you know?"

Bella's cheeks turned red. "We, uh, just happen to walk on the same path home," she said moving uncomfortably in her seat.

Kate raised an eyebrow. "Okay? Why do you look so unsure?" She gabbed her fork into her last piece of food, pork chop. She shoved it into her mouth and picked up her trey.

"I can bring them all back," Jack said taking the treys, including Kate's, and began to walk off. "C'mon Henry. We math have right now."

He walked off to the food counter and put the treys away, as Henry sped up beside him silently. They both walked off and rounded the corner towards math class.

Noah perked up and yelled after them. "I HAVE MATH TOOOO!!!! WAIT FOR ME!!!"

He sprinted to catch up with them like his life depended on it. He turned the corner and almost slipped, but quickly went out of sight.

"What about you two-" Kate said, turning back to them, only to find that they were gone. "Oh."

She sighed heavily. Just then she heard the bell ring and the 4 people that were left got up and left.

"I should get going," she mumbled to herself and sped away from the cafeteria. In the hallway it was empty and quiet, strangely. She thought it would be more chaotic, but she was wrong.

After a short struggle to get her supplies out, she closed her locker and locked it. When she finished locking her locker, she turned to her right and saw her classroom up ahead.

Science, she thought to herself. Suddenly, a hand reached out and grabbed her shoulder. She jumped in surprise and quickly turned around.

There stood the same boy that disappeared. He had dark black hair that went down to his ears, a light blue sweater and long shorts that went down to his knees. His expression was blank and mysterious, and his backpack was slung on one shoulder.

"H-Hello?" Kate said, stepping back. She didn't want to stick around and see what this kid had to say. She was late for science. But on the other hand, she didn't want to be rude. So she smiled and stuck out a hand for him to shake. "My names Kate," she said still smiling.

The boy was a little hesitant to shake her hand, but he did seconds later. "Ryan," he muttered.

Kate's eyes widened. "Oh, umm, well, I have to go now, if that's alright with you," she sputtered, realizing that he had not let go of her hand. She pulled it back and stumbled backwards, and ran to science.

As she was running, she could have sworn she heard Ryan say something. Something like, "watch your back."

Wow. It has been WAY to long. I honestly forgot this book existed! But when I did remember, my jaw dropped and it stayed like that for quite awhile. :)

But seriously, over 200 reads?! I never thought that I would get anywhere near that. I know it's not fair that I'm not updating often, I just have a tight schedule right now.

More chapters will be coming. I promise. And don't worry. All my other books will be updated soon.

Thank you so much. :D

Until next time!
