A/N okay so this is based off of a song (falling in love at a coffee shop) by Landon Pigg. It's quite a cute song, definitely recommend giving it a listen!

I think that possibly
Maybe I'm falling for you

Every day.

Every day Louis has watched the curly headed boy from afar.

Every day Louis has watched the mop of curls sit for hours, bent over a book, drinking coffee.

Every day Louis watches the curly headed boy with, as he discovered, the gorgeous green eyes order a coffee.

Every day he watches him smile at the barista as he pays.

Every day he watches the dimples pop out as curly, green-eyed beauty smiles.

Every day Louis falls deeper into love with the boy that he's never met.

And that surprises Louis.

That he could fall that fast.

Or maybe he didn't fall that fast at all.

Maybe he fell slowly, as slow as some drift off to sleep.

Maybe he fell all so slowly that he didn't realize he had fallen until all of a sudden he was madly in love with the curly boy who had no name.

Yes, there's a chance that I've fallen quite hard over you

So yes, maybe there is a very large chance that Louis has fallen rather truly, madly, deeply in love with curly.

And maybe Louis doesn't even like coffee but he goes to the coffee shop every day and sits, pretending to read a book, and watches curly as he actually reads his.

It's very quite so possible that Louis has fallen for nameless coffee shop cutie. The boy consumes his every thought and his every dream without even trying and he hasn't even spoken to the lad.

The infatuation grows and grows the more Louis sits and watches as the boy just exists, oblivious to the world around him.

I've seen the paths that your eyes wander down
I want to come too

Watching coffee shop cutie had some perks.

Louis learned the habits he had, like how he rubbed underneath his nose randomly or scrunched up his face when he read something particularly interesting to him.

Louis picked up on all of those things because, well, what else better did he have to do.

There was one most very exciting day when the coffee shop boy appeared to have forgotten his book. This piqued Louis' interest most of all as he sat in his corner table, eyes locked on the boys bent over form as he ruffled intently through his bag. At first, Louis was afraid the boy would leave but instead curly just pulled out earbuds and listened to music as his eyes wandered.

Though never once did they wander to Louis.

And Louis wasn't sure if this was fortunate or upsetting.

He tried to follow the paths they took, wondering what the boy was thinking as he scanned the small cafe and gazed out the window.

He wondered if the curly-headed boy would ever look over at him and think about what Louis was thinking about.

Although Louis found himself rather boring and uninteresting, he hoped the coffee shop boy would think otherwise.

I think that possibly
Maybe I'm falling for you
