A/N I know this isn't actually why he was walking or how it happened but I'm using Harry being robbed at knifepoint for inspiration so please bear with me.

HARRY POV
I was out taking a walk at night, wanting fresh air and to get away from the suffocating silence of my house that's been there ever since he left.
I know it's not exactly smart to walk around alone at night, but it's less likely I'm going to be recognized.
So I just wander.
I let my feet take me wherever they please, knowing that I could easily GPS or Uber back to my place.
I'm suddenly removed from my thoughts when someone grabs me from behind and presses something towards my stomach.
"Give me your phone and your wallet and we won't have a problem." the voice behind me says.
My stomach drops.
I can't give them my phone because then they'll know everything.
And I can't give them my wallet because they'll know it was me they just robbed.
I glance down and see the blade of a knife inching closer to my stomach and then I feel the cold metal point of the blade rest in the center of my butterfly tattoo. I will myself not to panic and instead try to reason with the man.
"Look, I can't give you my-"
"I said, give me your phone and your wallet."
He adds pressure to the knife so it hurts, but it's not enough to cut yet.
"Look, I can give you money. Is that enough?" I reach into my pocket and pull out the cash I shoved in there before I left the house. I hold it up and I feel the man grab it.
"Now the phone. Give me the phone. Unlocked."
Panic bubbles.
I know full well that I can't give him the phone, especially not unlocked.
Everything I need is there.
All my contacts.
All my song demos.
My photos of me and my friends and of him.
Even if we're not together anymore, I didn't delete anything.
How could I?
Years of my life was spent with him and I was just expected to throw it all away because things ended? He was, no he still is the love of my life.
My soulmate.
I couldn't delete that if I tried.
The man behind me pressing the knife a little harder into my stomach brings me back to reality.
"Give. Me. The. Phone."
I spot a bunch of bushes and shrubs filling the grassy area next to me and decide that if I can't have it, neither can he. I fling the phone to the side, watching it so I can come back later to find it.
"I wouldn't have done that." The man practically growls in my ear.
He digs the knife in and I feel it pierce the skin of my stomach. I grunt in pain until he starts dragging the knife down. I cry out and the man lets go.
I press my hands into my stomach, feeling the blood pooling behind them. I can't tell if he went too deep but I need to find out. I don't have time to find my abandoned phone so I look around, hoping to recognize something in the surrounding area. It's only when I look up that the memories come flooding back.
