Annie. A 21-years old girl, who is almost never seen without her bottle of "T H E L I Q U I D". If she drinks it, she becomes this... thing.

Garcello. A 26-years old man, who is a heavy smoker. He is never aware that smoking is very, very bad for your health.

Today was Annie's birthday. She needed a birthday balloon.

So what to do? Garcello and Annie goes to the shadier side of town, until they find a black building without any windows. Testing the lock, Annie finds out the store was open. "Alright Garcello, I'm going to get something for ya. I won't take too long, I promise." So Garcello waits for Annie to come back.

Sometime later, Annie comes back with a gold-colored cigarette. "They were selling this strange cigerette. They say it can turn someone into a living balloon, and since it's my birthday, I think it would come in handy." Annie hands the golden cigarette to Garcello, who process to smoke it.

The effects kicked into high gear, Garcello was actually becoming a living balloon, but in a strange way: his body blowing up like a balloon. The way he was inflated affected every part of his body, except for his head, hands and feet. They all were sticking out.

Annie smiles. "Perfect." At Annie's birthday party, people asked why there was a man, inflated like a balloon and being treated like one. Annie didn't answered those questions, not one bit.
