"Look at us, we look so happy and young!" Wooyoung heard Yoona's familiar voice say. "It was Wooyoung's birthday that day right!"
Wooyoung turned and stared at the screen. 'Oh. My. God. It wasn't a dream. It CHANGED. It really changed!'
The picture on the screen now showed the five of them smiling widely for the camera. The atmosphere was visibly happy and it could be sensed once you take a look at it. Taeyeon especially, had a huge, satisfied smile on her face, and posed with a peace sign. Wooyoung posed with the most special gift he had received, and put a thumbs up sign.
"Hey, isn't that Girls' Generation's photobook? Wow they've come a long way, just like the five of us. They're so popular, even during their debut days!" Junho exclaimed.
"Well, duh! They worked incredibly hard to achieve the fame they have gotten now! Seulpeum ijen annyeong~!" Taecyeon replied, ending off with an imitation of SNSD's Into The New World dance.
"Yahhh you're spoiling my favourite dance and my favourite song!" Yoona whined and gave a murderous glare to Taecyeon. "That aside, I wonder who gave Wooyoung the photobook? I'm pretty sure it wasn't one of us, right?"
"Yeah... It wasn't us!" Junho and Taecyeon replied in unison.
Wooyoung didn't seem to hear Yoona's question as he was busy staring in disbelief at the screen. 'How is this even possible?!' Taeyeon turned and looked at him, with a knowing smile on her face. They caught each other's eye and Taeyeon giggled at the dazed expression Wooyoung had.
'Wooyoung will always be Wooyoung...' Taeyeon thought.
The picture of the five of them in the café slowly faded away and the next picture filled the screen. From left to right, stood Leeteuk, Taeyeon, Yoona, Siwon, Taecyeon, Junho, Hyoyeon, Tiffany and Wooyoung. All of them were in formal attire, the females wore dresses and gowns, while the males wore tuxedos.
'Ah, I remember this. It's our prom night in senior year.' Wooyoung's eyes trailed to Taeyeon in the picture automatically, and he couldn't help but marvel at her beauty. Even though she was in a simple blue short dress, she looked absolutely stunning. Her long curly hair was styled perfectly and flowed down her shoulders. He wondered how he didn't notice her beauty in the past when it was so strikingly obvious.
Wooyoung cursed himself as he recalled what happened back then. Tiffany had asked him to be her partner for prom and he, having a crush on her at that time, accepted immediately without hesitation, in front of Taeyeon. Leeteuk then asked Taeyeon to be his partner and Taeyeon accepted. The bond between the two of them strengthened that night, as they managed to spend more time together, getting to know each other more in the process.
'Come to think of it, I was the one who narrowed the gap between them...' Wooyoung thought. 'Ah damn it.'
Wooyoung's thoughts were interrupted when the lights were suddenly turned off and the blinding light shone on him. The dramatic music took his mind off everything. Everyone was frozen in place, just like the last time. A long silence ensued and Wooyoung looked around in search for that one person.
"Being able to get married with her isn't so easy. Finding the present that you never found in the past doesn't mean that she would end up with you," Minjun appeared at a random dining table, staring at the spread of delicacies.
"Oh, you're here! Yeah, it seems so... But I really tried my best, didn't I? I really feel so..." Wooyoung said dejectedly.
"Well, I've got to admit, you're pretty good. There were ideas which did you good! Like the kimchi pancake. You remembered to buy her one the next day," Minjun replied, "however, an unseen confession is just as good as useless."
"What?! Taeng didn't see the message on the black board?!" Wooyoung screamed unconsciously.
"It's as good as useless." Junsu repeated, with his arms folded.
"Ah damn it, that's so sad..." Wooyoung smacked his forehead.
"Don't mind it too much! It's impossible to take the same photo again, but there're still other photos." Junsu said with a encouraging smile.
"You mean I can have another chance?" Wooyoung looked up with big hopeful eyes.
Junsu just smiled and gestured. "You know what to do now, don't you?"
Wooyoung gave a huge grateful smile and got ready, "HALLELUJAH CHANCE!"
The blinding light sucked him in once again and Wooyoung could feel himself floating, with some unknown force pushing him along. He felt like he was flying... until his feet landed on solid ground.

"Come on, Wooyoung, isn't this your dream coming true?!" Taecyeon yelled. Wooyoung felt himself being pushed forward and when he opened his eyes, he found himself face to face with Tiffany. Gyuri was standing at her usual spot: beside Tiffany.
"So what do you say?" Tiffany looked at Wooyoung straight in the eye and gave him her trademark eye smile once again. A crowd had gathered around the two of them and they were now cheering. "Say yes, say yes, say yes, say yes..."
"Wha-?!"
"TIFFANY, HE SAYS YES. HE SAYS YES!" Taecyeon yelled in excitement, answering for his best pal because he thought Wooyoung was too shocked to speak. He didn't want Wooyoung to regret this. But little did he know...
"Great! Pick me up at 6, and don't be late!" Tiffany gave a wink and flipped her hair, before walking away.
Wooyoung then noticed Taeyeon, who was standing amongst the crowd. He caught a glimpse of her face before she walked away from the crowd too - she was clearly disappointed.
"OH GOD WHY MUST THIS HAPPEN TO ME?!"
