Letting out a gentle sigh, the black haired meif’wa approached the school. Frankly, she didn’t want to be there. Not after her nightmare at least.
She was already dreading the day ahead, huffing as she jumped into a tree with ease.
She spent a few minutes looking around before she heard a voice underneath her.
“Ah– Hi?”
Nori turned her head, peeking below the tree.
There sat a girl that she recognized to be Chelsea Ro’Meave. Nori’s face heated up a bit but she nervously laughed. “Hi!”
Chelsea raised a brow, before it looked like something clicked in her head. “Oh– Wait, I recognize you.. We met before school started, right?”
Ah, Nori was kind of hoping Chelsea didn’t remember that encounter, but things never did seem to work in her favor, did they?
She recalled that day…

Nori had been unpacking her things, glancing over the new house.
Her family had moved a few towns over to a place called Phoenix Drop. Nori and her sister Nana would be attending Phoenix Drop High once school started again.
Nori was not happy to have moved. They left behind all that she knew.
Though, one thing that would prove to be positive was that no one knew. No one knew she was a murderer, which would be nice.. A fresh start.
She wanted to change herself, and change her personality. She didn’t want to be confrontational, because as her Mom said, she was a burden. So for the past few months she had been doing all she could around the house, taking care of her siblings.
It was very stressful, but she took her new role as the oldest sibling very seriously. It was her job to protect her siblings. Just like her brother did for her.
So, due to this, along with her own boxes being unpacked, she was helping her younger siblings unpack theirs as well.
She hadn’t gotten a chance to look around the neighborhood at all, and had barely gotten a break.
Though after too long in the hot summer sun, she decided that to go on she would need to take a pause.
Her parents were inside talking to the landlord, so she had a bit of time to herself.
Nori looked around, before her eyes landed on a tree. She hesitated, though decided there was no harm in it. After all, cats land on their feet, right?
Nori approached the tree, climbing it with mostly ease, though she stumbled a bit while moving to sit on a branch.
She let out a bit of a breath as she looked around. It was so much easier to breathe up there.
She had never really been one to go up on high places, but it felt so.. Exillegerating.
Nori felt herself smile a bit, taking a look around the neighborhood.
Everything felt so peaceful, that was until a girl entered her vision.
She had dark black hair, and very light blue eyes. It looked like she may have had freckles, though she couldn’t be far from that distance. Though, admittedly what caught her attention was…
Her outfit. She wore a tanktop and shorts, a simple outfit, but an outfit that made Nori’s heart skip a beat. Then, she smiled. Oh God, her smile.
Nori’s face immediately burned red.
