"Run! Run! Run! Quickly!" Suri Kenanga shouted. He, who was never fit, is very much struggling. He himself has never ran over a mile in his life, yet, he is running miles now! At school, he was never athletic. Many would join sports like rugby or football or even athletics but he did not. So, this would be his first ever physical training and yes, it is hell, the deepest and hottest hell for him.

Despite all the diffi culties and obstacles he is facing, he is very determined. To join them was an option he chose to do thus he has to complete it. He is a man of his words. Plus, Suri Kenanga, although as fierce as a tiger, is very supportive in training him. Sometimes, he thinks of her physicality. She must have the genetics of a strong man, a warrior. It is as if she was also born to be a warrior. Or maybe, she faced this training when she was still a little child.

"What are you daydreaming about? Keep on working! We have no time to stop, let alone to think!" Suri Kenanga warns him now. "Go! Go! Go! If you want to join us, act like it!" She is quite annoyed by Ghaafar Lee's weak physique.

"I am trying!" Ghaafar Lee says it while trying to catch his breath.

"Go on!" She taps his back, instructing him to move on. She pushes him hard, wanting him to work hard to achieve his objective. She does not want him to take his words lightly. Also, Master Amir has tasked her with this and she has to do it successfully. Knowing her, she will succeed!

"Water?" Ghaafar Lee offers Suri Kenanga his tin water bottle. They stop for a while to catch some morning breeze, sitting side by side,

Suri Kenanga takes the bottle from his hand. "Are you sure there's no poison in this?" She tries to joke around. "You know, you must have tons of grudge against me!" She chuckles.

He laughs.
