How it all started

It was around 11:40 when I got a text from Charlie in the group chat.
What does it mean when a straight boy hugs for a full 10 seconds" Charlie sent
"Omg what!???" I said
"He was probably imagining you were Tara" tao said
"Tao please shut up" I sent back
One thing that's different between tao and I is that he is stubborn and doesn't like change whether it's a good or bad change. Me on the other hand, I'm okay with change at least when it's for the better. I always tend think of the positive side of things I see the good in people. Yes, that does get me hurt but I think it's worth it.

A little after that I fell sleep. The next morning I woke up to my phone blowing up. It was Charlie. I pick up my phone and called him.
"Hi" he said
"What" I say sitting up in bed
"Are you just getting up"
"Yes"
"Y/n, it's 12:30" he said giggling
"What do you want" I say getting annoyed
"Can you come over I have a lot to tell you"
"Okay, be over in a bit" i said hanging up the phone.
I got up, I got dressed into baggy jeans and a crew neck and threw my hair in a bun.
I went down stairs and grab a pop tart and started to walk over to Charlie's.
I walk up to the door, I'm about to knock but the door swings open.
"Come on, don't just stand there" Charlie says as he grabs my hand and pulls me up to his room.
"Jeez what's so important that you need to dislocate my shoulder for" I say walking into his room.
"Sit down" he says as he points to the bed, I follow his orders
"Okay spill" I say
"You know how I stopped meeting up with Ben" he says
I nod
"Well last week after practice he wanted to meet up. And so I met him in the music corridor, he started to try and kiss me I told him to stop and than we have a little argument. After the argument he pushed me against a wall and forced me to kiss him. But than Nick saved me, and ever since than we've been hanging out non-stop" he says starting to get out of breath
"Wow, are you okay?" I ask
"Yeah, I mean if Nick wasn't there I don't know what woulda happened to me" he said
"We'll I'm glad he was there"
"Yeah me too" Charlie said
I slide down to the ground from his bed, Charlie than sits next to me.
"You look like you have something on your mind" Charlie says
"Well, I wanna tell you something but I don't want you to be mad" I say
"You're kind of scaring me" he said locking me straight in the eyes"
"I think I might like Harry" I say trailing off
"Oh"
"I'm sorry, I don't know why I like him he's a prick and just mean but something just drawls me to him" I say looking at Charlie, I'm trying to read his facial expressions and it looks like he's holding back a smile.
"What" I ask
"You really thought I'd be mad about that, you can't control who you like" he said reassuringly  "tao on the other hand might be a little upset" he adds
"Yeah I know"
"Does Elle know?" He asks
"Nope, you're the only one" I say
I don't know why I was so scared to tell Charlie  I just thought he'd be mad I guess.
Later on, we watch a couple movies. After the last movie it's was about time for me to go home. It was also a school night.

Time skip

It's now Friday morning, this week flew by. I ended up telling Elle that I like Harry she was supportive as usual. I also found out that Tara and Darcy are dating, they are the cutest couple ever.

As I'm waking to the bus stop I see Charlie looking at his phone smiling, probably texting Nick.
"Hey" I say trying to start a conversation
"Hi" he replies
We really didn't talk much on the bus ride. It wasn't awkward or anything, I guess were both tired.
We get off the bus and we're about to say bye. But someone calls my name, it was harry.
My heart sinks into my stomach.
"Come here" he said
I started to walk over to him. I can feel my hands get sweaty and my heart starts to pound. Why and I getting like this.
"Hi" I said
"So my 16th birthday is Saturday there's a party at St. George hotel, I want you to be there." He says looking down at me, he's liking me straight into my eyes. Feel like he can see everything I'm thinking and every emotion I'm feeling.
"Yeah sure" I say
"Do you will be there" he asks
"Yes Harry, I will be there" I say giggling
"Alright good" he says with a smile

I say bye and turn around a quickly walk over to Higgs. You think I'd be happy right, my crushed just invited me to his sweet sixteen.
I'm stressing out. What will I wear, why does he want me there so badly. Will I know anyone. I texted Elle. I didn't see her this morning because I was running late because of Harry. She said she'll help me out, and we'll go shopping, so at least I have that under control.
