How it all started

Sports day

I wake up before my alarm. I turn it off before it goes off. I go and take a shower and I blow dry, wash my face and brush my teeth.
It's Friday and I'm really excited because todays sports day and Higgs and turham are doing it together. Also Harry's back at school so I can hangout with him.
I go back into my room to get my uniform on. I check the time and I'm almost late.
"Shit" I muttered under my breath
I run downstairs and grab my shoes. I don't have time for breakfast so I just tun out the door and lock it. I see the bus coming so I run to the bus stop.
"Morning" Charlie says laughing as we walks onto the bus
"Morning" I say out of breath
We both sit down next to each other
"Why are so late"he asks
"I took a shower and blow dried my hair" I say
He opens his backpack and pulls out a plain bagel. I look at it in awe.
"Do you want half" he says laughing
"Yes please" I say
He hands me the top half and we just eat for the rest of the ride.
We get off the bus and I'm finishing up my half. Charlie hasn't really even touched his. He as half left.
"Bye, I'll see you in like 30 minutes" I giggle
"Bye" he says waving "oh wait y/n do you want the rest of this" he asked holding the up the bagel.
"Yeah, are you sure you don't want it"
"Yeah have it, I know  you're hungry"
"Thanks" I say as I turn around to walk into school
As I turn around I run into someone.
"Sorry" I say. I look up and it's Harry
"Never mind I'm not sorry" I laugh and hug him. He hugs me back.
"I'm happy you're back" I say releasing him
"Yeah me too" he said
"Also please me nice". I say walking away
He rolls his eyes and smiles
"Yeah yeah" he says turning around
I laugh and hear into school. I walk into maths and see Imogen smiling.
"Why are you so happy" I ask sitting down
"I don't know, I'm just really happy today I guess" she says
"Mhm-mhm"
"Whatever"
We all meet up in our form class and than we head over to to turham for sports day. I lose imogen in the crowd but I find Elle, Tara and Darcy.
"Hey gals" I say
"Hiiii" Tara says
Elle puts her arm around my shoulders.
"Are you okay" I ask
"Yeah" she says with a reassuring smile
As we walk over to turham I see that her smile fads
"It feels like years, since I've finally been  back here" Elle finally speaks up
"Are you sure you want to go back to turham. Cause you don't have to. We could all pretend to have sprained ankles or something." Darcy suggest
"All four of us, what did we have some sort of group ankle-related accident?" Tara laughs
"Okay I could have like a sprained wrist or a back injury, we can figure out the details" Darcy giggles
"No, I.... I want to do this" Elle says
We all hold hands and skip towards the gate in laughter

I text Harry to try and find out where he is.
Me: where are you
Harry: ur mums house
Me: bruh
Me: seriously tho where are you
Harry: behind you
I put my phone down and look behind me. He wasn't there. I roll my eyes and turn on my phone again. Moments later I feel someone grip my back.
"BOO" Harry says
I screamed
"HARRY c'mon man" I say
Harry is bent over almost falling in the ground in laughter
I roll my eyes
He sits on the ground whipping his eye
"It really wasn't that funny I hope you know that" I look at him
"It was so funny" he says starting laugh again.
I sit down next to him
"What sport did you sign up for" I ask
He looks at me
"Are you really asking me that" he says
"Yes, yes I am"
"The rugby match" he states
"Ohhhhh right I forgot" I say
"Yeah I know"
"What did you sign up for" he says putting his hand on the top of my thigh
"The girls football match" I say
"Really" he asks surprised
"Yeah I love football, I used to play it when I was younger" I say
"Oh right, I forgot you have good like feet eye coordination" he laughs
"I'm honestly kinda excited" I say
"Well you should be" he says standing up
He reaches his arm out to help me up. I stand up
"You know to play rugby right" he say
I stay quiet
"Right?" He asks
"No" I say quietly
"Y/n, how are we dating" he asks
"Rude, we are dating because you like me" I tease
"I'll teach you" he says pulling my arm
"Oh god" I laugh

"Catch" Harry yells
I caught the ball and through it back. We toss it back and forth for a good ten minutes.
"Okay now that you got that down, tackle me" he says with a smirk
"What" I say
"Tackle me" he says smirking even more
"Fine"
Do I charge at him, with all on my force.
I knock him to the ground.
"Ouch" he says looking up at me
I just realized that I was laying on top of him.
"I'm sorry, you said tackle you so I did"
"Yep you sure did" he says rubbing the back of his head.
"I'm really sorry" I say and kiss is cheek
"It's fine, now since you got that down" he pauses and shakes his head "now take the ball and run" says as he throws me the ball
As soon as I catch it he starts charging at me.
I freeze
The next thing I know I'm on the ground and he's on top of me
He smirks
"I could stay like this for awhile" he says
"Oh shut up" I say through a smile
"Ms.y/l and mr. Greene I've been looking for you" says coach singh
Me and Harry quickly get up
"Y/n you should start getting ready for the football game, and Harry you need to start to warm up for rugby" she adds and than she walks away
Harry and I just look at each other and laugh.
"Well I guess I'll see you soon" I say turning around
Harry than jogs up to me and gives me a cheek on the kiss and than runs away. I smile and laugh.

I go into the locker room and get my shin pads and socks on. I grab my cleats and catch up to the girls. I'm team blue. And I play offense. I put my hair into a ponytail. My team huddled in and talk about our plan.
I start on right side, so I'm closer to Harry.
We start the game.
I score two goals and the one other girl on my team scored three. The blue team wins.
We walk off the field and celebrate.
Harry walks up to me and hugs me from behind
"You sure you wanna do that, I'm hot and sweaty" I say
"I know you stink" he teases
"Shut up" I say hitting his arm
The principal comes onto the announcements and announces that the rugby game is about to start.
Harry starts to walk away
"Good luck" I yell
"Thanks" he yells back
I go and look for Charlie or at least one of my friends.
I find Elle and Tao
"Hey guys" I say
"Hey" the say in sync
I laugh. We have like front seat rows to the game.
Tao leans over to me
"You know the rules of rugby"he asks
"Nope" say
"Doesn't your boyfriend play" he asks
"Yeppers" I chuckle
We watch the game. I see Nick in the middle of the field looking around. He just stares off into the distance so I follow his gaze. He's looking at Charlie.
"What's he looking at" Elle whispers
"Charlie" I whisper through a smile
Nick throws the ball back to the coach and starts to walk towards Charlie. I can not stop smiling. He walks up to him and grabs his hands and leads him inside. I look around and hear whispers about what people think is happening but, the show must go on. The rugby game continues without nick.

The red team won.
After the game I'm walking back towards the bus with Harry. My phone buzzes
Mum: hey it's just yours dad home tonight, I would like you to stay over at a friends house.
Me: can I stay over at Harry's
Mum: sure I just don't want you home
Me: thanks, love you
Mum: love you too
"Can I stay over at your house tonight my mum doesn't want me at home" I say
"Yeah totally, but why" he asks
We turn around and start to walk to his house.
"It's a really long story, I got in a fight with my dad a few weeks ago. It was about how he doesn't give a shit about me or what I do. And I'm not being over dramatic he just doesn't care at all. When we were fighting it started getting really heated and than he just slapped me across my face. So I guess my mum found out and now she doesn't want me at home alone with him." I explain
"Oh wow" he said
"I think I told you about it when it happened" i said
"Yeah I think so, just need a refresher" he says nudging me
"Yeah okay" I laugh
When we got his house he went start up and got a shower. I didn't feel like I should sit on his bed because I was dirty from the football match, so I sat in his chair. I pulled out my phone and scrolled through Instagram. A few minutes later he walked in with a towel around his waist. I could feel my cheeks get red. He just grabbed some shorts and a t-shirt. And walked out to get dressed. That. Was. Hot. I laugh to myself.
After he got dressed it was my turn to take a shower he gave me sweats and a shirt. I went into the bathroom to get into the shower about ten minutes later I was done and got dressed. I walked out and he had my favorite YouTuber on markiplier. I jumped in bed and we cuddle and fell asleep.
