Milo hadn't come to training again after that one time. So it was just me and River and we even went out to grab a bite afterward one time. Which was yesterday and it wasn't too bad. I hung out with Milo and Grey a couple of times in the past week. We invited River but he declined every single time.

My meeting with Argus was tomorrow and right now it was the middle of the night and I was lying under my covers looking through the different 'heavens' on my tablet. It was dark and the only light in my room was coming from my tv and tablet screens.

I don't think I'd move away from here but it's interesting to see the type of heavens there is. Right now I was looking at one with a population of 999 million but according to Grey, that's not a lot. Which to me sounds crazy.

In every single one of these people lived in different ways and with totally different scenery. There was one where you lived like it was the fucking Stone Age? I have no clue why anyone would want that but 80 million people had chosen to live there. Though it was a fairly low number considering how many people there were.

It's only when the sun peaks through my window is when I realize I've been looking at heavens all night. It's not like I needed to sleep anyway.

I put my tablet away and roll out of my bed. I needed to get ready for my meeting with Argus and for the first time no one would be taking me there.

I'd been teleporting almost everywhere since River had shown me how and jokingly cussed out Milo for not teaching me beforehand.

After getting ready I teleport right outside the huge golden doors. No one was able to just randomly teleport inside there. Eventually the doors slowly and that same nervous feeling crawls up my neck again.

I ignore it and step inside only to see the three chairs where they would be sat to be empty. I look around and there was no one there but me. I was on time, wasn't I?

"Hello?" I call out and my voice echos through the golden room making me feel small in this huge space.

No one answers me and I stand there idiotically for a couple of seconds until I hear a door opening.

A door left and far behind where the chairs are, opens and Valtia rushes through to me with a sorry look on her face. She does her best to speed walk towards me in those heels. She has her purple hair French braided in two at the top and then the rest unbraided and straight.

As soon as I see her I ease up a little.

"I am so sorry! Argus is busy and so is Lora and I just finished up some work to upgrade this place and I lost track of time. I am so sorry." She blabbers.

I can't help but slightly giggle. "It's don't worry, I wasn't waiting long."

She smiles looking relieved that I wasn't mad. "Ok great! Follow me." She says turning on her heel.

I walk behind her and notice she's walking toward the door she just came from. She looks back at me and walks slower to walk right next to me.

"I know you were expecting Argus and not me, so sorry if you were disappointed." She laughs lightly.

If only I could tell her how relieved I am.

I shake my head. "I'm not disappointed. If anything I'm just as excited."

She opens the door and lets me walk in through first. I'm surprised when I see is more golden walls and probably 100s of doors. It was just a narrow hallway that looked like it never ended.

She sees the expression on my face and says. "I know it looks weird and ugly but that's just because this is where the important stuff is and Argus didn't want to put a lot of time into it."
