Around 4pm, I decided to start getting ready for whatever Clay's surprise was. George had agreed to watch Atlas while we were gone. I went over to my closet and picked out my outfit.

I then did my hair and makeup, before putting my shoes on.

By the time I was ready, it was almost 6. I decided to go ahead and walk out to the car. Clay was standing there, in a nice outfit. He looked amazing.

I walked over to him, smiling. "Jesus, Y/N- You look- absolutely breathtaking.." He said, looking me up and down. I giggled. "So do you! So can I know where we're going yet?"
Clay smirked. "Nope! Hop in the car!" I groaned, jokingly, before getting in the car. After driving for a while, Clay spoke up. "We're here." He said. I looked up, astonished. "Woah.." I said, looking around.

"C'mon!" Said Clay, getting out of the car. I followed behind him, admiring the beautiful surroundings. We walked underneath a beautiful tree. We were standing there admiring the view, when Clay grabbed my hands, and began speaking.
"Y/N.." He said nervously. I cocked my head to the side, slightly. "Y/N you make the happiest I've ever been.. after what happened when we were younger, I wasn't sure if I'd ever see you again. When I finally did, I did something pretty dumb—" He said, chuckling slightly.
"But! It led to this.. so I'm glad I did.. Y/N Y/L/N.." He got down on one knee, and held up a beautiful ring. "Will you marry me?" My eyes immediately began tearing up. "Of course, Clay!"
He slipped the ring onto my finger, and stood up. He wrapped his arms around my waist, and kissed me. This felt like a moment from some fairytale.
Clay picked me up, and spun me around, before pressing our foreheads together. "I love you so much, Y/N.." I smiled. "I love you too, Clay."
As if on cue, I heard cheering and giggles from behind us. I turned around to see Nick, George, and Atlas. I laughed, and walked over to George, taking Atlas out of his arms.
I walked with him back over to Clay. "Hey buddy!" He said, happily. "Dada!" Atlas squealed, excitedly. He made grabby hands at Clay, so I handed him over to his dad. I smiled, watching the two bonding.
Everything was perfect.
