Theo's pov:

Sixth year so far has got to be the easiest. No major end of the year exams to worry about. Not much drama. Aurora has been mature (unlike me). Elio has treated me like shit (as expected). It has been the easiest, but it has also been the hardest. Aurora has been mature. Too mature. Everytime we talk I always have a certain need to get a reaction out of her. Even if it's a bad reaction.

I've become a bad person towards her. And she has entirely stopped giving me any reaction.

"You're a git, yeah?" Blaise took me out of my thoughts. We were in potions and Aurora left our table to work with Neville fucking Longbottom. Neville. The guy is barely passing the class, but she wanted to be away from me so badly that she went with one of the worst students in the class.

"Yeah, I'm a git. Anything else?"

"So much more, but I would probably get kicked out of class." Elio said. I didn't respond. Elio has been holding back so much for Aurora's sake, but I know the moment she would say that he could do whatever to me, he would beat me senseless.

"So, is Theo not invited if you and Aurora are invited?" Pansy asked the entire table. We had three more weeks of school until summer vacation and we had all been too scared to broach the subject.

"I'll be too busy this summer." I said right away.

"Doing what?" Draco asked.

"His fiancee." Elio said. I rolled my eyes as I tried to ignore his bothersome response.

"They aren't supposed to have sex until after marriage." Draco said.

"Shut up, Draco." The four of us said at the same time. We were apparently too loud because every surrounding table turned to look at us. Including Aurora. I looked at her as we made eye contact, but she immediately went back to reading her textbook. I continued looking her way until Draco gained my attention.

"I'm just saying!" he defended. "Am I lying?" That was supposed to be a rhetorical question, but I knew he was awaiting a response.

"Are you really going to sit there and say you aren't fucking Daphne's little sister every chance you get?" I asked.

Draco glared at me. "First of all... I'm defending you, you arsehole. Second of all, she's a fifth year! Are you gonna say you were really fucking Aurora during fifth year?" My eyes visibly widened.

"You better fucking say no," Elio began standing up, but Blaise grabbed his shoulder to sit him back down.

"Whether we were or not is not any of your guys business." I said angrily. I was annoyed mostly at the turn of the conversation.

"I swear, Theo. If you fucking touched my sister-"

"I spent most of fifth year trying to date your sister. I didn't have time to touch her, you fucking idiot-" Blaise still had a hand holding Elio down, so Elio resorted to throwing a jar of ingredients at me. I moved out of the way just in time for the jar to not hit me straight in the face. The jar did, however, hit the table behind us. It broke and most of the contents fell over the stuff of the students at that table.

There was a loud and obvious commotion that attracted the attention of everyone. Including the professor.

"Who threw that?" Slughorn asked the class. No one answered and the air was tense. Slughorn then went to get closer to the substance that was splattered and the minute he got closer his eyes widened. "Everyone get out!" No one moved for a minute until he genuinely yelled at everyone to get out.
