The Final Dumbledore

A/N: Quick question, should I create a love triangle between Adonis, Harley and Grindelwald? Harley is going to fall for Adonis anyway, but with Grindelwald as well? Let me know?

An hour passed and in that time Harley had entered the school, been located by the caretaker, Filch who was a scruffy, long greasy haired old man with a scary and quite ugly pet cat called Mrs Norris who escorted Harley to a bedroom.

Her bedroom was on the ground floor of the castle which meant her room was noisy all of time due to the nearby students who walked back and forth past her bedroom all day every day. It was a plain room, white walls, a couple windows, a single bed and a few cupboards to put her things in.

Filch even invited her to have dinner with the rest of the school in the Great Hall so everyone had the chance to know she was the school inspector. In the mean time, she just sat in her room hoping that Grindelwald might contact her and give her some information to use during the rest of her stay here, but so far she received nothing. After 2 hours of sitting quietly on her bed she did make the effort to leave her bedroom and went for a walk to see if there was a library or something around anywhere.

'Damn, I hate wearing heels.' She thought while also twisting her ankle nearly8 times as she walked along the stone floor of the castle. She did eventually find the library on the first floor of the castle. She was shocked to see the moving staircases as that wasn't very normal to see in the Muggle world. She acted as if it was normal though and felt like she was blending in well with the other teachers at the school.

The library had a couple students who were on their free periods in it and they seemed almost shocked to see a adult in there during lesson time.

"H-Hello." She said. The students stared at her. "Are adults allowed to use this library or is it just for students?" By adults she meant not a student as Harley herself was only a teenager herself.

The students nodded and questioned who she was.

"I am erm... inspector." She really hoped she was remembering what Grindelwald told her correctly.

"Who are you inspecting?" A girl asked.

"Oh, just the school as a whole. May I inspect the books?"

Both girls nodded and Harley walked in and walked straight to a bookshelf that was labelled as a Fiction shelf. She looked at few of the books of the shelf and they all looked in good condition. "These all look splendid!" She said and the students smiled. "Do you both like going to this school?" They nodded. "And it meets your standards?" They nodded again. "Good. See you all at dinner." She left the library and began walking back to her bedroom until she realised that the whole point of going to the library was to check a book out. 

She rolled her eyes and turned back around. The problem was that a sea of students were walking towards her in her direction now. 'It must be dinner time.' She thought. A few of the students stayed away from Harley as they didn't want to knock her over, but some kids (especially kids who wore green cloaks) didn't care and walked right into her. Harley gave up resisting and followed them as they all made their way to the Great Hall for dinner.

Harley waited outside of the Great Hall for a while until other teachers arrived. She followed the teachers that eventually did arrive up to the Staff Table. Once she got to the table she saw Filch who gave her a matching creepy smile just like Abernathy usually did. 'I lost one creep and I've gained another'. She thought as she took a seat to the left of him. Mr Filch sat on the far right of the table, then Harley, then the rest of the staff who worked their. 

As all of the children filled into hall, the head teacher named Minerva McGonagall stood up and announces who Harley is. "Boys and girls, you might have noticed a new face here at the Staff table tonight." She gestured to Harley and Harley stood up and waved. "This is Miss Alizon Herberts and she is a school inspector." McGonagall added. "Please be on your best behaviour while she is here. In other news, may I please introduce Mr Adonis Dumbledore back to work as deputy headmaster and Muggle Studies teacher." Harley sat back down and Dumbledore rose up from his seat, he sat on the furthest end of the table to Harley. Harley turned to look down the table and guess who it was, it was the guy who walked with Harley to the train station in Diagon Alley. Adonis waved and bowed a little. "Nice to see you all again after a year." 'That's the guy from earlier'. Harley thought and bit her lip to stop herself from grinning. 'And he is the guy Grindelwald wanted me to meet'.
