Cora Sinclair had to be one of the most unluckiest humans on earth because her aunt happened to be Mrs. Chesterfield.
Mrs. Chesterfield most definitely wasn't the nicest person, which is ironic because Cora is related to her and she is an angel, well to everyone except Luke Ross.
Her and Luke never got along for many reasons, starting with the fact that they're complete opposites.
Cora is an honor roll student who practically dedicates her life to studying and it's hard to even spot her without a book in her hands, Luke on the other hand well he needs no explanation.
She never truly hated him, hate is too strong of a word for her but she did strongly dislike him and by the looks of it the feeling was mutual.
Luke never really understood why the brunette despised him so much but it might have to due with the fact that he ended up getting gum stuck in her book once and it's safe to say that Cora treats her books as if they were her children.
But just because she wasn't a big fan of Luke didn't mean that she didn't like his siblings, she absolutely adored them.
In fact, Ravi was the first one to become her friend which was special for the two.
Both of them weren't exactly doing well in the popular department so when they became friends over geometry trivia, their bond became unbreakable.
Cora treated Ravi like her own brother and it was safe to say that he felt the same and she became just as close with his sisters, Emma and Zuri.
Emma absolutely loved Cora from the beginning when the two met over the blonde sneaking into Cora's house for an undercover mission where she had to figure out what Mrs. Chesterfield was doing with Mrs Kipling's babies. It was all chaotic to say the least, but Cora was glad that she at least made a friend out of it.
After the two became friends Cora then got introduced to Zuri, who immediately dragged her to her room to have a tea party with millie the mermaid and her teddy bear Chubbs, it would be an understatement to say that Zuri already loved the girl.
Jessie, the nanny loved having Cora over because the girl was an absolute sweetheart, she would even help around the house which was why Bertram was never bothered by her presence.
Cora always thought that the Ross's home felt more like an actual home to her than her own.
Whenever she had to go back to her own house she felt an overwhelming feeling of loneliness wash over her. It was a drastic change to go from a loud chaotic house to a much quieter and empty one.
Sometimes she found herself even maybe missing the freckled boy, but she convinced herself she was becoming delusional because there was no way that she could possibly be developing feelings for Luke Ross, she couldn't allow that and her aunt sure as hell wouldn't.
But maybe, just maybe a part of her found herself thinking about the boy far too much for her liking.
But they would never work, he's the guy that every girl in the school wants and she's the girl who's only ever dreamed about having a romance like the ones in the movies.
They were complete opposites but that may just be the only thing that brings them closer.
