Chapter 21

Kongpob's POV

Luke already bought dinner for all of us. We sat and started eating our early dinner. Everyone who is important to me is sitting here. Chatting while having dinner. P'Arthit is also talking with his friends but though I think he has things in his mind..
Though I wanted to ask and make all his worries and insecurities go away I am thinking of giving him some space. I'll not ask him until he himself tells me. I don't want to pester him.

After dinner,
I looked at everyone and said, "Let's finish business. So you all can go home and enjoy vacations.." I said in my business voice. Everyone nodded. It's not that I don't want them here it's just I don't want us to be reason for them to not enjoy their vacations..

I turned to P'Arthit. He is still in my arms. I asked, "Do you want to join us or want to rest?"
"Can I come?" He asked with cute face. I chuckled and while Nodding said, "Of course you can come love.." We both realized my endearment and he blushed. I chuckled looking towards him.
"Let's go.." I said to everyone.

We went to office which is on top floor. I didn't want my family to find out about it so that's why I decided to make it there. When we reached there everyone's aura changed. We went to meeting room.
"You can stay with us. If you got bored look around. But stay close to me. Okay?" I said softly to P'Arthit and he nodded.
"So as project is completed, let's recheck it quick so you all can have vacation from tomorrow." I said in my usual bossy voice.

We started working. I saw P'Arthit observing all of us. Then I started to work. We worked as usual. Everyone have their own specialities and they work on that. So I just need to confirm that they don't have any problem regarding that.
I've worked in my father's company for experience from when I understood everything. So I've some of experience. It help us. And also seniors working with us gave me sort of assurance. Now that we have Luke things go smoothly.

We didn't looked towards time as we worked. I saw Luke and P'Arthit coming in. When did they go out and where did they go? But the P'Arthit came straight to me and gave me my iced coffee. I smiled at him. I wanted to hug him. I wanted his comfort but I controlled myself not knowing he'll like it or not.
I drank my iced coffee observing him. He cried again. His eyes are swollen. P'Nam was going to ask him but I gestured her to stop. She nodded. We drank our drinks brought by P'Arthit and Luke.

He came to me and smiled. I smiled back.
"Kong can I go back to home?" He asked in small voice. I panicked.
"Why P'Arthit? Do you not like it here? I'm sorry if I've done something wrong. I'll not do anything you don't want. I know this everything is unexpected but phi.." He put his finger on my lips and said, "Shh.. Kong, calm down. I asked if I can go to our home. Not my parents.."

I sighed. I said, "You must be bored and tired. You go. You want me to come?" He shook his head. He gently kissed me on cheeks and went towards door. I saw tears in his eyes when he went away. I sighed. I gestured Luke. He came towards me.
"Just stay out of his site. If anything happens tell me." I said and he nodded. I sighed. I saw seniors.
"Just give him some time.." P'Tutah said. I nodded. I really got panicked thinking he might want to go back to his parent's house.

I rubbed my face with hands. Took another cup of coffee and focused on work as I know I've this responsibility on me also.
We again started working. We finished our work near midnight.
"Ok. So tomorrow before leaving, we'll have breakfast at my place." I said. Everyone nodded and walked towards their own apartment.

When I went towards home I saw Luke standing outside. I asked, "He is inside?"
He gave me nod and said, "He is crying from the time he came till now." I nodded.
"Go rest. We have work tomorrow." I said.
"Good night Master." He went away.

I opened door without making noise. I can hear faint sobs. I walked towards our bedroom. All our stuff is still packed and in boxes. I carefully opened bedroom door and went in. I saw P'Arthit sat on bed. His face in his knees as he sat hugging his knees. I went towards his and hugged him.
He startled but seeing me he wiped his tears and said, "Don't get annoyed by me please.. I know I cry easily but please.." I put my fingers on his lips and said, "I know Phi. for now I can't make you believe my words but I'll show you that I'll never leave you and always love you.."
