Chapter 14

Arthit's POV

It's not first time that I have this confusion over my own feelings, just that I am feeling happy also I am feelings sad....

Ok just let me tell you why though...
I just woke up. I have last exam today and after that we have long two week term break...

Now I am feeling happy because finally my exams are going to over, again I am feeling sad because for two weeks I can't meet Kong daily...
But deep inside I am feeling too much happy, like I am going to get what I want very soon...
But what exactly I don't know...
I even have this unsettling feeling in my heart like something big is going to happen and let me tell you these two feeling are because some unknown reasons and they are giving me creeps..
First I thought it was because of exams but they are not...

Let it be I will figure it out after exam...
Today I even got permission to go out with everyone after exams...
I am excited...
When I reached everyone is there, they all are nervous just like me except one person Kongpob Sutthilack.... He is calm and now standing infront of me.
"Just stay calm P'Arthit. You can do it. Ok." He said and I nodded.
We went in exam hall...

After exam finished,
I really don't know how it went but I think I wrote every answer..
I submitted my answersheet and went out of hall. Everyone is here but looking me coming towards them they stopped talking. I know they were discussing answers but because of me they stopped talking.
As after exams whenever we discuss answers I got panic so Kong made rule that no one will do it, so we are here waiting for those my idiotic friends to come.

As we are sitting here. I am as usual sitting beside Kong. I am thinking about what might happen in this week. Because those feelings are bad news. Everytime I had them something bad or big happened with me....
Even if I am thinking I have my some attention towards what Kong is doing...

Kong always sit beside me and Prae sit beside him. Now also he is talking with his girlfriend. Past months from meeting him till now, our friendship had grew stronger and I have been falling harder for him.
But I want him happy and as his girlfriend is also my friend I wish same for her. They look so cute and perfect together.

Even if we are bestfriends Kong make time for me, sometimes more than his girlfriend. I always nag to him about that but then he always give Prae sweet gifts and I couldn't say anything.
Whenever I want to do unthinkable things to him, I always have to remind myself that he have a girlfriend and he love her. I have seen him express his love through his actions. And I can't deny I envy so much, not Prae but ...... I don't know...

I broke from my thoughts when I heard Bright shouting.
I saw Kong looking at me and smiling sweetly and innocently. Too much innocently... that means he has done something... I saw his hand is...
"Kongpob, leave him." I said sternly to Kong.

Yeah I am calling him by full name. I do that whenever I am pissed at him and that is happening quite alot times nowadays.
"But P'Arthit he is going to hit you." Kong said giving me sad look and puppy eyes.
I ignored them with very difficulty. I saw Bright holding his wrist and now in pain.

"Suits you assole." Saying this I dragged him to infirmary and made him sit on bed then told doctor that he got his hand in door. Bright looked at me like he would kill me.

After doctor went out giving him medicine, he asked, "Why did you lie?"
"So what am I going to say to doctor huh? You are pretending to hurt because you got caught when you are going to smack me." I said in mocking voice.
"Seriously do you think I am pretending to be hurt? You don't know what your Kong is, do you? You should see him, how he is when you are not near him." He said.

"Seriously P'Bright do you, yourself are getting what you said?" Kong said coming in.
"It's ok Kong. Let him be. He just doesn't want to get beaten by me." I said looking towards Kong.

Now I saw everyone came here and they are looking concerned
"Why is everyone looking concerned?" I asked.
"It's nothing they are concerned about P'Bright and.." He paused and looked towards me apologizing look and said, "I and my friends have some work so we are not able to got today."
Ohh...

"It's ok." I said without making anyone think that I am sad.
"I am sorry P'.." I stopped him.
"You have work Kong. Why are you saying sorry for that. If that's it for today let's go already." I said.
I looked towards Knott and as he understood he followed me.

When we reached at corridor, I said, "Knott I think Bright got hurt. And I even talked him bitterly. Take care of him." Saying this I turned around but again turned towards Knott and hugged him and said, "Knott I am having that feeling again. Just like that time. I think something big is going to happen again.." Saying this I separated and ran towards exit.

I hopped on my bike and drove towards home. Reaching home I am calm until now. I went in. It's already evening but still early.
I saw today Pa has arrived way early than everyday.

"Ma I am home." I said to Ma who is sitting on couch. I didn't saw Pa there. May be he is in room.
"Exam was good Ma but I want to sleep sometime, woke me up when you are going to prepare dinner I will help you."
Saying this I went to my room.
That's odd, she didn't said single word to me...
But... let it be.. I will talk to her later...
Thinking this I slept as soon as I laid on my bed.

As I woke up, I saw it's dark now.
I got up and freshened. I went downstairs and saw Ma-Pa I arguing.
Not again..
It must be related to me...
I returned in my room and slumped on bed. I waited till I couldn't hear their voices. When they stopped arguing, after sometime I heard knock on my door and Ma said, "Oon dinner is ready, come downstairs."

As she said with that voice, it's confirmed that something is coming...
Going down, I am thinking what it might be and I can say there are too many possibilities..
I reached at dining table. I can have a scissor I want to cut something...what? I can cut tention with scissor because it is so much thick...

I sat on dining table and we ate our dinner in silence. I hate this kind silence...
After dinner Ma said she will bring dessert and asked me and Pa to wait in hall.
Why I have this feeling that they are feeding me good food as today all dishes for dinner were my favorite and now dinner..
So I have a feeling that they are feeding me good food because they are going to use me as sacrifice.

When Ma came out, she gave us dessert and trust me my suspension grew stronger..
Because it's fucking strawberry cake just the way I like....

Even after finishing eating dessert no one talked.
So I started going towards my bedroom when finally Pa said, "Oon, we need to talk."
Good, because I was going mad without them talking...

"As you know what you are..."
I hate that sentence..
"We have decided to get you marry. We want you to marry a boy. They will come tomorrow. Just tell us if you like him or not. I know you like boys anyways. I will not force you to marry any particular one. I just want you to marry... Now go to sleep. You have to wake up early tomorrow.."
Saying this Pa got up and dragged Ma to their room and closed door with loud thud.

I went to my room.
I don't know what to think anymore.
I took my mobile and massaged Kong,
'Good night and Sweet dreams.
Have a happy life Kong.'
With that I dozed off.

When I woke up I can feel my cheeks are stained with tears which dried.
I had nightmare yesterday, in that I saw all my life's main events...
They all have either bad starting or bad ending...
Trust me it was very scary nightmare....

I prepared myself for this day. I knew my parents will got me married someday...
I just got freshen up and got ready.
I went downstairs and saw everything is ready for welcoming the family who is coming..

I thought now this is going to be hell of week....
I reached to Ma and started helping her hoping that she will tell me something more..
I know whoever that boy or man is he definitely will not be more handsome than my Kong...
So I need to know other things about him but first,
"Ma atleast tell me name.." I said in low voice.

She opened her mouth and I heard car stopping at front door. Ma and Pa rushed towards door. I didn't know what to do so I stayed where I was...
Next minute I think saw someone I know...
What the hell he is doing here...
