Basically you need to comment on other books and also follow people, By following people, you will earn more follows and more likes, they might even read your story! PM people and comment. If someone makes an eyecatching comment, FOLLOW THEM! Well, that's my tactic anyway.
You also need to make sure you seem on their level, we all know the writers are just normal human people, don't be afraid to show it. Show some emotions, tell people what's really going on, your life doesn't have to be a secret even if your practically anonymous (like me).
